Twin Oaks

The absolute worst manager, Krist, management staff and maintenance i have ever known. Harrassing home owners over stupid things such as a few leaves in a yard or a baby swing left in a tree. Giving"friendly" 3 day notices for grass thats 5 inches instead of 4 because it rained all week and no one could mow. I do not recommend Twin Oaks to anyone. Finally breaking free!!

I only gave them 1 star because that is the lowest rating you have, and they do not deserve that by far. You can never reach the office. 90% of the time the phone is answered by their answering service, which know nothing. They offer to take a message so somebody can call you back, but that never happens either so I don't know if they do not take or deliver the message or if the office staff simply ignores the messages. There are at least 2 office staff members, so why is there rarely anybody in the office? Especially at the first of the month when people are trying to pay their rent.
