Tropical Details

My vehicle was there for 7 hours. I wanted the seats and carpet shampooed, it seems like only the driver seat was touched and the carpet was not touched. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the carpet in the back needed to be vacuumed because they missed a spot, I'm assuming. The attention to detail on the dashboard was decent. I also requested the engine bay to be detailed and it was not touched. I was charged almost $300 for the work and I am not satisfied. There are definitely improvements that need to be made.I received little to no communication. Neither my chat nor my call were responded to. Benefit of the doubt, this is a small company and they did a decent job for the spots they touched. I would not go back and I would not recommend.
