Trinity Smokehouse BBQ

Food was delicious! Service impeccable and ambience was warm and inviting. BBQ had a deep delicious flavor, tender meat and awesome sides. The restaurant was clean. It's on the corner section of a small strip mall. I would highly recommend!

Great food! You might smell like Bbq the rest of the day . But, so good! The staff is great!

The food is great when you can get it. The service is always super friendly and the portions are nice. My only complaint is that they seem to run out of things a lot. IE, they cook a set amount and serve until it is gone. Last time I went, they were out of almost everything at 6pm on a Friday night. Call ahead and check before going if you have your heart set on something.

A BBQ joint in Kansas that I hadn't tried until today. Pulled in for a late lunch and chose the brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese. Cost me about $13 which is fair, it was ready to go in no time and was very tasty. Service was pleasant. The thing that struck me about Trinity was the care they took to make my to go order. I'm obsessive about junk on my hands and this box was neat and tidy (I know it seems counter-productive to make clean BBQ). I'd stop back in, in a heart beat. Very good bbq experience

I think a bbq place that serves Brisket has to serve a tender brisket. Maybe I got a bad brisket making day but it was pretty tough. The ribs are good

The ribs are wonderful. Two on a plate and big enough. Pulled pork very good too. I like the beans & slaw. My spouse likes the Mac & cheese and potato salad.

My family and I have traveled through many states and eating lots of ribs along the way and I have to say that this place has the absolute best ribs we have ever eaten!!!! The customer service is amazing

5/20/2021 no longer need to wear masks! The person at counter was chatting with someone so we waited a bit to be seated. Long story short, service was relaxing and slow which I found to be interesting because of their limited menu, items were prepared ahead... my husband and I shared the pulled pork and it was delicious! I had the yummy Mac and cheese and hubby had the baked beans. It was a positive experience. A lot of locals eat here so that says a lot!

Very good barbecue spot ran by fantastic people. Simple, nice, not fancy, clean place to eat. Brisket and hot links are my go to here. They have a great Carolina style sauce they offer too.
