Love this salon. Everybody makes you feel welcome from the time you step in. My daughter and I have difficult hair and Rachel had to take all day to do both of us. She was wonderful and took her time though I know she could of taken on more clients. Our hair looked wonderful and have had many compliments. I would feel comfortable getting my hair done by any of their stylists.

I called and no one answered so I waited a little bit and called again and someone answered that time. Keep in mind this was in the middle of their business hours, not right at opening or at closing. I asked if I could make an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed and she said there would be a 40 minute wait (that's not what I asked). I went ahead and went in 40 minutes later, and I walked in and the lights were all off and it was completely empty except for one girl at the desk. No one was working, and there was not one customer. It felt really shady, but I went back into the wax room with her. She was nice, really friendly, but then she took a personal call. Okay, not a big deal, we was done pretty quickly. She was clearly rushed because she got a text from her boyfriends mom saying they were putting their cat down and she wanted my eyebrow lady to get ahold of her boyfriend so he could be there. Already not great. I started wondering how she could see what she was doing, because the lights were all off like I said. She only worked on my brows for maybe 5 minutes total. One strip above each brow, one below, and one in the middle. That's it. Almost no tweezing or anything. Then she handed me the mirror and I couldn't see what my brows looked like because it was dark, so I decided to trust her. She charged me $15 which is more then a lot of places that I have gotten good brow work done at. Then when I got outside and looked in the mirror in my car I was horrified. My brows were two completely different shapes, one was straight as an arrow and the other one was arched. She had waxed off a lot of the top part of one brow and a lot of the bottom part of the other one, so I couldn't even fix it. She left stray hairs EVERYWHERE, and she said she trimmed them, but they were still really long. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
