Good selection of outdoor furniture and decor. Very customer oriented. Offer warranty support with manufacturers. Locally made salsas, pickles, and BBQ sauce are available. Also garden flags, electric candles, outdoor clocks, Haitian steel drum art, outdoor art, Talavera, unique bird houses, handblown glass, gazing balls, and birdbaths. Henri Studio and Campania concrete gnomes, elves, and dragons. Lots more!

they do not honor any agreements nor warranty work. as I had issues 6 months after an install they after numerous calls finally called back and said it would take a week to repair the sprinklers where a pipe burst. they cam out a week later hours after the appointment time and the technician informed me that the install they used to thin a schedule pipe and thus why it burst. they replaced it and it was repaired correctly.the worst part of this they charged me for the service call even though this was under warranty. They kept sending a bill although only 112$ but did not care it was under warranty as I had to pay for the service call. I left messages for the owner to call many times with no response. Beware:They are the worst example of a company who does not honor their inferior materials with work. I paid this as I feel they were ready to place a lien for this.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, they have a wide variety of services available as well as products in store. It is nice to see a business support other local businesses as well from recommending others for services they don't provide to carrying local products! Beautiful stuff in stock

We've used Treescapes to maintain our sprinkler system for three years now. This is the last year we will use them. The techs that come out have always been nice and fairly competent. Dealing with the person in charge of scheduling is a nightmare though. Two years ago she rescheduled our appointment without telling us and we had to call back in after the tech did not show. This year the same thing happened twice more. It's a flip of a coin whether she will treat you respectfully or rudely when you call in. Their prices have also gone up over 50% since they built their new building.Look elsewhere for good customer service. We will be.

I have dealt with Treescapes on three different occasions. I was hopeful I could buy local, instead of going having to drive in to Wichita, but unless you are willing to pay extra high prices, it isn't going to happen. Their number one goal is to make money, not build a good customer base.It is obvious that they are gearing their business to their elite friends, it is the only way they can stay in business. We were needing some trees a few years back, and they were over $100 more per tree than the same tree breed at a competing nursery a few miles west.We needed some seat cushions for our patio. We could get no one to help us. We were the only family in the store and the lady running the register would not come to see if we needed any help. Finally, there is a sign along the street saying they are a UPS Pick Up location. They are, but they charge $3-$4 for the service, as I was told that UPS charges them to stop at their location to pick up packages. I call B.S. So I started doing one of a few other things, either having UPS stop at my house for free and pick the packages up, Drop them off at PostNet in Wichita and drop them off or catch a UPS truck driving down the street. All of these are free.I find it amazing that this business is still going, as Customer Service is not in their main objectives.

Friendly people. Did a prompt job planting 4 large caliper trees. We were told the trees were warranted for a year. In the spring, only 3 of the 4 trees came back. Treescapes assured us they would replace the dead tree. Over two months later and more than one trip back to the store - no return contact and no new tree. When you pay extra (compared to other nurseries) you expect to get quality product, or at least for the merchant to promptly honor the warranty. Not the case here.

We hired Treescapes to design and build a patio and pergola for us several years ago. The owner, David, did a wonderful job in the design, and it exceeded our expectations. It was a stamped concrete patio. They installed stepping stones and a raised circular bed, and also laid sod and fixed the yard after the project. We were very happy with the concrete subcontractor (Mike Jolly), and used him again for another project. There was only one item that we were disappointed with, and that was a small landing and steps that came out onto the patio (which we fixed ourselves). We did not have them plant any shrubs or plants as part of the project.

Horrible service. I've been waiting six months to find out how much it will cost to work on the outdoor lighting I actually bought from them. The tech came out as scheduled and said he would pass the info to the office. I had to contact the office three weeks later since I had not heard from them and was told they were waiting on the manufacturer of the lights to get back with them. Fast forward to the local home show in early February where I went to their booth and spoke to a very nice, empathetic and apologetic lady who said she would look into it, find out what is going on and then get back with me. That was over three weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. To say I have NO desire to do business with them would be incredibly understated. Horrible service. I guess you need to spend a certain amount of money with them in order to get their attention.
