Stopped in last week to get oil changed. Heavy set guy behind the counter was busy on his computer. Waited several minutes for him to acknowledge that I was standing there. I asked about an oil change and he informed me "not today" then promptly returned to his computer. I'm guessing they don't need any more business.

Great Service! I take my cars there for oil changes and tires. Very fair and honest pricing and they are willing to work a deal out for you if you need multiple things done. Highly recommended.

I'm not one to negatively review a business but I'll keep it simple and say a scheduled appointment where our daughters car was dropped off for airbag light and O2 sensor repair on a Friday morning was supposed to be returned Friday mid day. On Friday afternoon I called for an update to learn that the guys needed it until Saturday morning to finish the job. Not hearing from the shop on Saturday morning I call for progress update only to learn the person answering the phone tells me he knew nothing about the car. He further explained he wasn't accountable as it wasn't his car to work on. He advised me to call back on Monday to talk to the management. I reiterated the same message when I scheduled the appointment - my daughter needs the car back as she is leaving for school. The customer relations rep at Traceys Automotive explained how frustrated he was with the other guys at the shop and how they dump so much on him. He said their communication is horrible. I requested a suggestion which he said let me call my manager and return a call to you. His return call only offered to leave the car for Monday which doesn't work for us. We'll be taking our daughter to Lawrence seeing as Traceys did not do the job they said would take less than 90 min. They accomplished nothing and did not meet the timeline on two occasions. Disappointing to place a post like this but when a shop offers no options there is no recourse other than social media or the better business bureau. Sorry Traceys. Hopefully the morale and communication in your shop improves and future customers will not have to manage the grievance that I did today.

What a nice change! I've been bringing my car in for oil changes for a year and have just now decided to try them on my other scheduled maintanance items. They were right on the money and gave me all my replaced parts. They didn't do needless repairs/part replacement. I'm a very happy camper! I will be back next week with my fleet car.

don't take anything to these people to repair. I don't believe that they are dishonest I believe that they are totally incompetent. I made the mistake of taking my ford work van to them because they are close enough for me to walk home after dropping my vehicles off. I've had issues in the past with their service when they installed a radius arm bushing in backwards on my bronco. but this time I had a coolant leak. they told me it was a plug on a cylinder head and the parts alone would be over 4500.00 but they didn't have the tools needed to repair a cylinder head. I took it to Meyers. the problem had nothing to do with the cylinder head and total cost for parts and repair was 1700.00 Tracy's charged me a diagnostic fee for the wrong diagnosis. Don't waste your money with these guys.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic at 730am. They call at 9 to say they didn't find anything, so I asked if they could check something else. They said "sure", then completely forgot about my car. When I called at 3pm, a new guy at the front desk said he had no idea my car was even still there. He apologized, said he would have his guys check, then call me back before they close at 6. At 5:30, I had to call them again, and he said they did find something wrong with the car, but he just didn't have time and wouldn't be able to give me an estimate until the next morning. They never called me back. They obviously don't have the time of day to actually help their customers. The least they could've done was be honest about how much time they needed, or scheduled my appointment out further. I didn't have a car for over 10 hours for nothing, and they charged over $100 for a diagnostic.

Stopped in for a quick oil change. All the staff are standing around talking and moving slow. An hour for an oil change and there was no one waiting. Probably find somewhere else moving forward.
