Hired Tracy Electric to do a couple of jobs for us. Carlos came out in the morning and was done and leaving in just a couple of hours. Did a great job! Everything looks amazing. Couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Carlos and Tracy elec! Would definitely recommend this company.

I can not express enough how happy I am with this company. I had to have electrical work done because of a flood. They came out initially and inspected to make sure it was safe, gave me a clear and easily understandable bid. Came back to make the needed repairs and to do some re-wiring for me. Always courteous, always helpful - from the front office to the technicians. Were there on time and cleaned up any mess they made. Will be the only electrical company I use from now on.

We have used Tracy Electrical for years at work and have never had a problem with them. If a problem came back, which can happen with electrical, they would always handle it. We call them 24 hrs and always get service.

Called Tracy Electric about an outlet zone that was not working. Courtney, in the office, quickly determined a technician was actually in the area and dispatched him right away. Kevin arrived shortly and after explaining to him what was wrong, he immediately said the circuit has "lost a neutral". In a matter of minutes he located the problem and repaired it quickly. Not only was Kevin a pleasant and professional electrician, he took the extra time to explain what had happened and why. I highly recommend this company because of their customer care. After being ignored by another electric company I called Tracy Electric. I had never used them before. Their customer service rep was helpful and they worked to get me scheduled in that day. Actually the technician Jason came early. He listened to what I wanted and asked questions until he throughly understood the problem. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was also most courteous as he had to keep changing his shoes from outside to inside as I had just had my yard aerated. I was very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to call Tracy Electric again.
