Towne Place Suites

I called in advance for a late check-in, to which the gentleman is very accommodating. He said it would be there late anyway. We both laughed. When I arrived, she was not at the front desk, but was a right around the corner. Looks like she was running double duty of running in the front counter as well as doing laundry for the hotel. I love to see someone. We were checked in and on our way to the bedroom. We walked into a nice looking room. Everything was as it should be. It had more than what we needed for the stay. It included uh kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave in addition to cooking utensils, plates and cups, etc.Came down next morning for breakfast and everything was great. Probably the largest variety of items that I have seen at any hotel. They had ham, egg and cheese croissants. They had many waffles for the waffle maker. They had oatmeal, cereal, bacon, eggs, bagels that were plain and cinnamon raisin. And cinnamon raisin. Also had muffins. Coffee, tea. They also had merchandise for purchase like chips and candy, as well as maybe some toiletries as well. It was a nice spread. Spread. We are only there for a night but definitely enjoyed ourselves. The only thing was the room was super hot and it took us a minute to cool it down. It was pretty cold outside but you know when the room is 72° when you walk in, we almost melted. We would definitely stay there again.

Let me just tell you there were some BIG issues. The main one is safety. My mom spent a night previously at the hotel. When I walked in I said I needed a room key to a particular room... they just gave it to me. Didn't ask me the name of the room, my name, form of ID ... nothing. Why are y'all just freely giving keys out to people you have never seen before? Other issues were the room itself. The bed was poorly made with the skirt literally hanging off. A whole in the ceiling, plus the bathroom door needs to be repainted.

Rating based on value, this is not a high end hotel. On a family road trip and needed a stopping place for one night. Checked in late but check in experience was very pleasant. Rooms are large with two beds, sofa, and a kitchen. Room interior is updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. They have internet TV and most importantly, THE MATTRESSES ARE SOFT AND GOOD QUALITY!!!

The entire stay was riddled with issues. I should have known when I checked in and the desk agent was too busy on their phone to bother to look up and check me in (she did the same thing when I went to check out as it was the same person). If only that was the end of the issues... Throughout the night there was yelling up and down the hallway which the front desk did nothing to mitigate/stop even after I reached out to let them know how disruptive it was. Randomly throughout the night the power to my room went out, and between 1 and 2 am someone was banging on my door and tried to force the door open. I would have been better off locking the doors and staying in my car instead of at your property. I already requested a refund for my stay at this hotel. Marriott is supposed to be a trusted brand, not a hotel that seems to be infiltrated by the local drug fanatics looking for their next fix.

I had no issues and really enjoyed my stay. The room was recently updated and very nice. Hotel offered free breakfast and wi-fi. Cleaning staff was very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Good value. Breakfast is adequate. There's something for everyone. Nice room. Comfortable. Join the rewards program.

The check in was easy and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection. We had one concern with comfort in room and the front desk staff resolved it promptly. When ever we passed by staff they were consistently checking in or greeting us making a very friendly environment which I don't always see at many hotels. Would stay again if I came back.

This place is home to staff allowing people to park behind the building who are smoking pot in their cars. It is 953pm and they are playing loud music in the courtyard. The courtyard is surrounded by 3 floors of rooms on all sides. When we called the front desk, they said quiet hours do not start until 10pm. At 10:09pm we called again and the front desk said he would take care of it but at 10:28pm the music is still playing. When we checked in the front desk clerk was dressed as if he is going to bed, sweats and a wrinkled t-shirt. The breakfast this morning was cold breakfast sandwiches and oily scrambled eggs, make it yourself waffles, juice and coffee. No muffins, or other baked goods. No wonder this place gets only 3 stars out of 5.

Disgusting. Ghetto experience. You can spend 10s of thousands of dollars using Marriot and every other location will accommodate you to another Marriot if you have paid and booked already, but check in time is too early. ...this supervisor is incompetent and completely out of her element. Never has this been an issue the many years I've been booking with Marriot locations.

Marriott really needs to get their name off this hotel. After getting checked in and unpacked, I did my normal "bed bug check" only to find dried blood spots heavy on the corners of one of the mattresses indicating there was a problem. I went down to tell the guy at the front desk and he didn't seem phased. He just made me keys for a new room and sent me on my way. I walked to the new room to check the mattresses first only to find the door propped open with the lock and what looked like someone still staying there (bedding loose on the sofa sleeper, dishes on the table, etc. I went back down and the guy said it probably didn't get cleaned and he didn't have anymore rooms and just checked me out. I was shocked and disgusted that he didn't care, didn't apologize, didn't offer to help us get booked elsewhere. Total disappointment.
