Tousled Salon

Figured I would give this place a chance , I'm very picky on who does my hair, but I went out on a whim. I paid $335 to be embarrassed. Yes, I am satisfied with the color of the purple I received but I am disappointed in the fact they ignored my gray patch in the front of my hairline. They failed to color my hair a darker color up top and are refusing to refund. I do not want any one in this salon to touch my hair ever again, I have major trust issues and they burnt that bridge.They make you sign a contract way before your appointment that you will most likely forget about and not read. But in there, they make you sign away your head basically. I signed the contract 2, maybe 3 weeks before my appointment and I completely forgot about it. They did not disclose anything with me that they were doing with my hair, besides the purple color. They claimed they were putting darker hair color in the top but it's not. Also, the use TEMPORARY color. Who TF charges $300 for temporary hair color?! Tousled should be ashamed for making me pay for this disgusting service.

I was referred to this salon from a friend for extensions two years ago. From the minute I sat in the chair I knew I found the right place. Kalene took a lot of time to listen to my hopes and expectations. I was thrilled to walk out with long hair for the first time in my life. And she was spot on with the color. Sometimes I've had a bead come loose and the staff has always gone above and beyond to work around my busy schedule and to fix me up. A great group of ladies who do their best to meet expectations and send their guest out the door with a fun and beautiful transformation. I'd highly recommend any of them when looking to invest for extensions.

I just got a blowout at Tousled & I've wanted to try them out for a while. My hair isn't even clean. It's still dirty!! What a waste of $62. For blowouts being their main service, I'm really disappointed!! I'm contemplating washing my hair again. Don't waste your time or money.
