Topiary Art Works & Greenhouses

I've never been inclined to write a review but after the treatment I received from this seller I had to speak up. I ordered from Topiary Art Works through Mr. Stefan Przystanski's Amazon page: Growers Supply Network. The description of the items gave a sale price and said "free shipping" however, when I checked out I ended up being charged $13 for shipping. I went back to the item pages to confirm and took screen shots to prove it. I then went through the Amazon channels and asked the seller to refund the $13 because of the mistake. He replied quickly and simply said I was "wrong" and gave me a link to the item page. I then sent him the screenshots and asked him to explain how I could be wrong and he told me to take it up with Amazon. I then assured him I would and told him his customer service was deplorable. His reply was:"We're proud to be deplorable.Thank you for the complement."He then proceeded to cancel my order. I forwarded all the emails to Amazon so they know what kind of seller they are dealing with.If you're looking for "deplorable service" Stefan is your man. And I'm not the only one who has had issues. There is another review here on yelp that is "not recommended" but obviously true as well as bad reviews on Facebook. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 12 living wreath forms for a class I was giving in Florida. I live in Maryland, but had the forms shipped to the class address. When I arrived in Florida a few days before the class, I found that Topiary Art Works & Greenhouses, LLC shipped the wrong product. I ordered the correct product...totally their mistake. Instead of working with me to fix this, Stefan, the operations manager and owner told me I should have inspected the shipment sooner and I was out of luck. Wouldn't overnight ship the correct order. In dealing with him, I found he was very rude and arrogant. Will definitely find another source for my workshops. Horrible customer service. I checked out the FB page and some other reviews. Stefan Przystanski is the WORST!!

Does not reply to emails requesting a quote. Maybe they don't want to sell anything? Person who answers the phone is abrupt, unhelpful, and rude.

The man who owns this business is the biggest jerk I've ever tried (emphasis on TRIED) to do business with. He's rude, disrespectful, doesn't follow up on anything, impossible to deal with. Total hole. Too bad because his products are much better than he is as a person.
