Not happy they remove all serial numbers from all of their used appliances. I purchased a dish washer and it was a recall by GE. One day was watching television and smelled something burning and it was the dish washer. Lucky not any damage to cabinets. They would do nothing said 30 day warranty had run out. There is no way to know what problems the junk they sell have. This store should be shut down.

I was very happy with my experience purchasing a washing machine and dryer that had barely been used, good prices, delevered, installed and old appliances hauled away for small fee. I will definitely do buisness with them again! Kelley H

Worst experience dealing with customer service ever! When having trouble with our freezer tony's said they would send someone right out...no one ever showed! The next day we called back, they said they got busy and was not able to make it out till later that day...no one ever showed! We said screw it and relyed solely on our deep freeze! That was around 6 months ago. Since then the problem has bled over into the refrigerator side of the unit. Yesterday I called tony's service back to give them another chance. After going back and forth with the person on the other end of the phone because of a language barrier I finally got the message that a service tech would be getting a hold of me later in the day...they never called! First thing this morning I set up an appointment with another company who said it would be a week before they could get out, but I was out of options. Then this morning the service tech from tony's called back and said he would be out this afternoon. About 2 hours later one of the office personnel called to set up an appointment for 2 days from now! I was irate, after telling her my story and expressing my concern before cancelling the other company to come out in a week, she briefly put me on hold and told me to go ahead and keep my appointment with their competition! I then called the tech back to see where the lack of communication lay, his response for his staffs piss poor attitude and communication was "yeah she has a short fuse and gets that way!" I will never be calling this company again and will load my appliances up and drive them 30 miles to the competition before giving them another shot!
