Stopped by this place for a late lunch before going to the airport. They have half off rolls on Sunday which is a pretty good deal. However, only the regular rolls were on the deal, not the speciality rolls. We started with edamame and shu mai. The edamame was standard but the shu mai dumplings were pan fried and tiny. It wasn't was I expected but they tasted pretty good. Dipping sauce wasn't too bad either.For the main course I ordered the Mars roll which had lobster and tuna/salmon toppings. The lobster was the draw but I Was a bit disappointed. It was like minced lobster putty in the middle with a bunch of rice and seaweed topped with tuna and salmon. The minced meat was not good and there was too much rice. I would not recommend.

Please do not be fool by the good pictures. I was disappointed and not impressed by the rolls. The sashimi plate were not as fresh except for the salmon. The sashimi fish were put on top of little tree branches which were not clean. The rolls were filled with too much rice and cucumbers. It barely had any avocado/fish/crab. The rolls were not put together properly. I watched the lady rolled the sushi and she did a sloppy job. The shrimp tempura was stale and had the freezer aftertaste. I will not come back here again. I realized a lot of people had good reviews but they are most likely came in to eat for fried rice, bento and hibachi food, not for their sushi. They said up to 50% of sushi but really it is not any cheaper than other sushi place. If you want good sushi, do not come here.

I got the chicken and steak hibachi. The steak was just okay but very "chewy" and the chicken didn't have much flavor. Fried rice wasn't bad hence the two stars. My husband got the maki platter sushi and wasn't impressed either. We had to ask for beverage refills too. They were very friendly though. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be back.

This place is a good time. Good atmosphere pretty fast service but the food quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. They don't serve choice beef and steak portions are small and not good. The chicken breasts are small, dry. Shrimp, rice and vegetables are good. We won't be back until it's affordable again. Four dinners, no steaks, two appetizers two drinks $200.00. We told them it was my daughter's birthday and they forgot.

Our first visit and it was wonderful. Food was tasty, exceeded expectations, service was great, and we will be back. Cost was reasonable. Dining room is quite large and can accommodate lots of people. Tonight was not busy, so we got in quickly and once we ordered, food arrived hot and delicious.

This is my absolute favorite sushi place. I'm moving very soon and I will miss this place most about Wichita's food. Their S-T discount menu is a godsend, as I always feel like I can get my sushi fix without having to spend loads on a sushi night. They also don't skimp on portion sizes no matter what night of the week, discount or not. I've never had a bad experience here in my multiple years and at least 20+ visits. It always satisfies. Service is friendly and helpful. It's also decorated beautifully, and there's no shortage of things to look at when you don't have the beautiful sushi in front of you. So long Tokyo and staff! I'll really miss this place and will have to visit when I can!

Best sushi in Wichita! Got seated as soon as I walked in, the severe was very nice and patient with me ordering a ton of sushi. Definitely will be coming here again! They also have a 50% everything on the menu on Mondays, Tuesday, and Sundays!
