Friendly, courteous, clean! I will definitely return. I travel for work and came to this shop in a referral from a coworker. It was better than she told me! I felt very bad when I left though. I don't ever carry cash, but they will not allow tips to be out on a credit card. So, I will be sure and tip big next time.

I was super skeptical about getting my nails done considering I love my natural nail. My last experience with gel was awful, but I knew I wanted to do something to help strengthen my nails. Vivian recommended dipping gel and I must say.. I've gone back 3 times now and am so glad that I listened to her. They don't peel, AT ALL-even after 4 weeks. The only reason I get them done @ 4 weeks is because of how much my nails grow out. They are strong, healthy and super clean. If you're on the fence like I was about getting your nails done in fear of them being ruined, I recommend dipping gel!!!!!!!

Holly is the best! I would recommend her for the best manicure and pedicure ever! She is on the east side even though I live on the west side! Well worth driving across town even at these gas prices!

I've had bad experiences with a few nail salons in Wichita, but this place was AMAZING. I had Ann. She was so gentle, making sure not to cut me, and she really took her time with my nails. She would ask me periodically if my nails were looking like the way I wanted them. Everyone there was so kind and the value was great. I will definitely be going back!

Unfortunately this establishment is not what it used to be. My daughters and I have been clients for 15 years. I let my daughter go by herself for the first time and she was told her express mani/pedi could not be done for the $70 cash that I sent her with. After I spoke with the owner (she put me on speaker phone while laughing at me) and she blamed my daughter for getting the wrong pedicure pushing the cost higher. So much for customer service, we will not be returning.

I don't really recommend this place. my mom goes all the time but she's always worried, and I mean she's been going for years. but she's to scared to go to any other place in case it would be worse. I've gone a few times. it was fine the first 2 times bc this one lady was the only one who could do nails correctly. then she quit and no one else can seem to do it right. I end up with clumpy and crooked nails. even when one time I paid attention and made sure to look after every step and told them it was crooked, they said they will fix it but didn't do anything. it was awful. and not worth the 70-80$ they charge you with, with even something as simple as a medium length and a super simple french tip.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! So expensive, forget about their "affordable prices." went there and they didn't even give me my hand massage I paid for. They rushed through my appointment and was very rude. I dont not recommend this place at all. Do not go there. Its better to go to walmart and buy your own nail polish.

I had a 5:00 appointment and was told to have a seat in the pedicure chair. I sat 40 minutes with no one even saying one word. They charge 3% for using a credit card and only take cash for tips. Maybe it's time for the IRS to take a look at them.

I have been going to Tips and Toes off and on ever since my 20 year old daughter was in a carrier. I have been a consistent, loyal customer for the last 2 1/2 plus years 2 to 3 times a month. I have brought my daughter, and mother in repeatedly to have their nails done. The first bad experience I had was when I ran 5 to 10 minutes late to my appt. My nail tech acted rude and then ended up slapping me several times on the hand while she raised her voice at me and told me to relax. I switched nail techs.The second time was when I recently lost my apple 6 watch, I pulled up the location on my iCloud and discovered that its location was last registered at Tips and Toes. I went in to check two times to see if it had been found. Both times I was treated very coldly with no empathy or a response like "oh no, I'm sorry you have lost your watch". I was careful to be kind and just simply let them know that Tips and Toes was the last known location. I never accused them or asked for compensation. The second time I went in I was told by Vivian very rudely and condescending that my watch should have been on my arm and it would not be lost. So sadly I will not be returning, all I was hoping for was a "no I'm sorry we have not seen it, and I'm sorry you have lost your watch. If it turns up we will let you know, but instead I was belittled and treated very rudely!! I would have returned had I got a different response.

I came in today for a walk in, I can see that they are busy but whoever the Lady (I believe she is the owner) was really short with me. What a customer service n it made me feel unwelcome. So I left and brought my business somewhere or maybe because I am Asian that she thinks that I do not have money like the customers that are already inside. Maybe this business need a sign that they only serve Americans, no Asian allowed. Whoever owns this business need to figure out what is going on to this Lady today.
