Absolutely my favorite place for a good old fashioned burger. The atmosphere is fine and during the day for lunch, it is quiet and convenient. The service is fantastic!

It's like walking back into 1990 every time I eat here. Such great fond memories of the simplicity of old Andover and the colorful and charismatic members of the volunteer fire department of that late 80s-early 90s. Timbuk is like a time capsule of goodness and friendship. The burger are dialed, by far the best dive bar burger in south central Kansas. I'm a fan of the fried bottle caps and the totes. Crispy totes, aways cooked and salted on point not over kill. ITS CASH ONLY so come prepared. I suggest a Coors banquet, the old Andover way.

Great food and pricing. Don't go there for the ambiance...none. But food and socializing worth the trip. Try it!

If you're on the hunt for a terrific cheeseburger and a cold brew- this place is perfect. We biked from Wichita on the Red Bud Trail to Timbuktu in Andover. Had a burger and a beer and pedaled our way back to ICT. Very fun trip on. A Saturday with friends. The place is not fancy, but it offers dependably great service and terrific fried food!

My 2nd visit in 6 years living in Andover. First one disappointed and this one did too. Ordered drinks and appetizers at 5:40, drinks came out pretty quick, appetizers came out at 6:40. An hour for fried okra and cheese sticks (which were still cold in the middle)??? Items you throw in a deep fried and walk away??? Wow, just wow. I didn't t feel that they were super busy, there were empty tables around. Drinks were good, beer only, no liquor and better take cash with you (ATM onsite).

Best sandwich in town. Great service and atmosphere. Cold drinks and pool. Great local bar with the best burgers.

Average bar food. Food took a long time to come out. Would have been ok if the food was great but it was just ok. Wait staff was not friendly. She never brought the check so we had to go find her. Then she informed us that they don't take cards. We went to their ATM which charges 2.75 + whatever your bank charges! What a scam!

Whenever I'm in Andover I make sure to stop here. A very good cheeseburger. The server/bartender always takes care of you. Besides the short ceiling, it's just a little bar and grill. They always look busy at night. But remember to bring cash. No cards accepted. But for a good bacon cheeseburger, you have to stop by!

Small and dark place! Very outdated, and the food is terrible. I ordered a burger to try it, it was dry and very plain and no flavor

Came in to get a burger to satisfy my craving, and was not disappointed!!!! Delicious fried appetizers and greasy burgers from Yoder meats!!!!! Great service on top!!! The lovely ladies heard me say "I may need a Benadryl" and one of them served me the best Benadryl I've ever had loved it. 10/10 will be back.
