I loved Tillie's Flower Shop because of their service, convenience, prices, delivery, and products. It was great that they are easy to place an order with, are easy to get a hold of, have convenient delivery times, and have convenient hours. Also, I appreciated the high quality products. The delivery was fast, which is always great. Also, I thought their service was friendly, down to earth, helpful, and knowledgeable. I liked that they are worth the money.I gave them a free hand to design a bright and cheery floral arrangement. They certainly came through 110%.

Really great flower shop! I am from Connecticut and Jen at Tillies always helps me with my orders when I am calling from out of town. They carry the cutest containers and are always on trend and keeping up with the ideas in the industry. I will be a forever customer!

This florist is top notch in my book. From the ordering process to having the arrangement delivered all went perfectly. I left it up to the designer to make a beautiful sympathy arrangement. I was very pleased when I was sent a photo. I would recommend them to everyone.

I've utilized this shop twice for flowers and both times the quality (on verge of wilting and did not last more than one day) of the product has been fairly disappointing. The delivery person refused to delivery the flowers to the correct location and dumped them off at the first security gate he found. It appeared that the florist shop did not include the entire address on the card (in the corporate world we sometimes have complicated looking addresses, but it tells you which of the 10 buildings is the correct one). Regardless, I had to drive half a mile to pick up my flowers and then bring them in myself to work, which looks and IS lame.

I don't know which location it was so both locations get the same review, which goes as thus: Memorial day, last minute, my grandmother is in the hospital & I'm across the country (GMA is in Wichita, I'm in Seattle). I know she is going to be moved for testing the next day & this was why proflowers & 1800flowers were completely insufficient in terms of being able to accommodate my need for a same day delivery (while they claim to be able to handle the request, they have a disclaimer when going to order which states that it might be the next morning instead, by then my grandmother would likely have been moved to another facility). In comes the local florist to save the day! I made a long distance phone call & someone answered! ON MEMORIAL DAY! It was amazing to say the least! I cannot express how lucky I was to have gotten in contact with someone who was willing to be so helpful & hear me out. We discussed the reality of the situation, which is that it is Memorial Day & everywhere is closed, no florists are actually open so much as going through with the orders & finishing with deliveries already placed days in advance, not even the floral departments in grocery stores are actually being attended to (sure, they have pre-made bouquets for sale, but somebody to help you make an arrangement & put together something appropriate for the situation is highly unlikely on this national holiday). The next-morning delivery might be too late, Grandma might be moved by then, my next best option was to try to ask my aunt or cousins already at the hospital to leave to go to a grocery store to pick through the flowers that were already picked through by the last minute Memorial Day crowd... as bleak as things were, luck was still in the air & somehow I got to place an order that would make it there in the afternoon! It was such a relief that in my elation I missed the name of the person I should thank for all of this, I'm certainly going to call back to compliment & send my appreciation, though I thought to make that call after the holiday, this review seemed like a good way to start before then.In short, given extraordinary circumstances, these fine people rose to the occasion, going well above & beyond & I cannot thank them enough for their help. It was due to a great measure of compassion & empathy that this order was able to be made, there is a personal touch to this establishment which is far more than noteworthy. If my experience is anything to go by, this is the only place to go for your floral needs in the greater Wichita area.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's birthday in Wichita. I live in California and I was nervous about having a poor quality arrangement sent when I had no way of knowing what kind of florist this was! I was so thrilled when my daughter in love received the flowers while we were on the phone and was SO happy with them! She sent a photo and they were indeed gorgeous! I will be using Tillie's again!

Last Wednesday, Dec. 13th, My husband ordered/had delivered 27 red and yellow roses in a vase arrangement for me for our anniversary. By Saturday the 16th, a lot of the roses were looking a little wilted or starting to wilt which I thought was way too soon. By Sunday afternoon I noticed the ones that were looking wilted had drooped over like a candy cane shape. I was very disappointed that this $150+ (not including deliverarrangement seemed to be dying (vase had plenty of water). I thought about calling Tillie's to inquire but had never heard of anyone trying to get a refund or replacement on flowers. I researched on google why roses bend over like that and read it's because they are picked/cut prematurely causing the stem not to be able to support the bulb weight??? My mother saw my flowers today 12/20 and said I should call them. I did call the store and they told me that they only guarantee the flowers up to the 3rd or 4th day and that the Christmas greenery sometimes shortens the life of the roses which had he known that, he would have told them a no go on that. I understand they have a policy but I've had roses in the past and never have I had them start dying on me at day 3. There are 3 good hardy roses and the rest were weak. The roses my mom gave me from Dillon's look great even at a week . Dillon's is where I will be buying my flowers from now on.

I live out of state and sent flowers from Tillie's to my mom for her birthday today. I ordered online this morning, which was super easy, and I was a little worried it's short notice but to my surprise the flowers were delivered 4 hours later. They're beautiful! Five stars and I'll be ordering from Tillie's again for sure.
