My review may not be the most favorable BUT I would/will go back and try other things on their menu. The decor and style of the restaurant was sleek and upscale. Service although a bit slow, kept out drinks filled and didn't mess anything up. For food we ordered Cesar salad and their lemon salad for appetizers. Cesar was on point but their lemon salad had to much dressing and a bit bland. Only had onion with it. Would have been better with some croutons or cherry tomatoes or something to add to the bite. Entrees we had their special which was a boneless wet aged ribeye with a mushroom sauce. Wasn't great. Flavor was lacking and we ordered medium and they came out medium rare. Sides we had their lobster mac n cheese and loaded baked potato. You can't mess up a potato, husband liked the Mac n cheese. I'm not a lobster fan so it wasn't my cup of tea. We weren't a fan of any of their dessert options so we passed.

As mentioned in the Resort Review - the diner choices at the Three Fires Steakhouse was very good. The service staff was so courteous - and the warm bread delivered to the table was so good we could not finish our food.Very standard decorations for a steakhouse good selection of cocktails and wines for my winos. We will most certainly return. Thanks to Madi/Rey and everyone in the kitchen staff.

Returned for our second Valentine's Day visit. My husband and I split the prime rib, a baked potato, roasted wild mushrooms, and calamari with shishito peppers. The prime rib was decent in size but under seasoned, which is fixable with a little table salt. Mushrooms were delicious, cooked in plenty of garlic and butter. The baked potato came fully loaded and was MASSIVE. And finally, the calamari was the star of the show. Perfectly fried and light, the shishitos seemed to be brined and had a nice little vinegary kick that cuts through the grease. The batter was also well seasoned and did not over power the squid. Great dinner, we plan on returning again

Reducing my rating today. We waited 20 minutes for food and it was NOT busy. The tacos were cold. There was a kid taking all of the sauce bottles from tAbles and so as king the lids. While I appreciate the need to clean, we still want to have sauce in the table. This is the second time this has happened. So am starting to see trend here. Customers are not a priority here anymore. Hope management sees this and fixes things. By the way - even cold the tacos are still delicious

We happen to be here the night this restaurant finally reopened from Covid. It is pricey, but the food is DELICIOUS! The manager greeted us with a wine suggestion (which was fabulous), before I ordered the chef came to our table to see if we had any questions or concerns, and our server was super sweet & friendly. I got the scallops which just melted in my mouth-My husband got the roasted lamb, which was really rich but tasty! Can't wait to try something else because we will definitely go back before we leave the area.

I took some of my coworkers out here for dinner I ordered the four course menu. The calamari that was my appetizer was cold and it was chewy so it was overcooked. The French onion soup was OK not much better than I would do it like Applebee's. The states were average at best part of the 24 hours right corner house and it was OK it was too much of the blue cheese butter put on it. The lobster mac & cheese was really good as a side, the risotto was overcooked average a fast way too salty. The bread putting that came out of the desert was flavorless the caramel was overcooked it looks like something that came out of a can just not good at all. It was definitely overpriced for what you get.

There needs to be an adult in charge here but there isn't. They shouldn't even have lobster on the menu. This is a frozen lobster that is under cooked for the second time! I'm so happy I didn't order ithe crab cakes!!!!!The steak tastes good but it isn't hot..Everyone else seemed fine with their food. I don't know what else to tell you.$111.00 gratuity. So not worth it

We've eaten here on a few occasions, and have always had a good experience. We shared a large KC Strip steak that was very good and so was the bread!Be sure to try the sunflower side salads as we did...the taste and presentation was great! Also, the staff/servers were excellent!Always a great atmosphere and look forward to coming back again soon!

Let me start by saying the food was good, not great but it was good. Now, the service was less than desirable, everyone was very nice but our waitress only checked on us twice during our whole meal. We had to wave someone down to get drink refills. Someone else brought out our food. We felt ignored most of the evening. Our bread in the bread basket looked like someone had squeezed it with their hand and threw it in the basket. We tried to find someone to let them know we didn't have very good service but no one ever came (we got tired of waiting). We will not be back.
