Nice service and quality haircut. John is very efficient and attentive to details. Appreciate the shampoo and wash service with the hot towel as well. Really nice experience and you can schedule an appointment or occasionally get walk in service if you're lucky, but usually their demand is likely too high to just walk in. Have been back since and will probably be my regular place while I'm in Salina.

Been going here for years now and John and amber are the owners they are very amazing folks inside and out John cuts my entire family's hair now he got me in one day I was needing a hair cut and not from Salina area boom he got me in asap drove over there and have always been there after that day the make it very relaxing when there get a shoulder rub and hair wash with nice warm towel over your face that feels really good he has also done my beard and eyebrows too if you are looking for a great salon definitely recommend them both !

K.C. LaBonte : stylist (I tried doing this the professional way before it came to this) The absolute worst experience..My hair was gummy and popping off like noodles from over processing. CHUNKS. We didn't even get to the point of brushing/drying as I stopped it. I teared up, paid the $100 requested. Left. My hair still had chemicals in it..Even after "they rinsed" not wash. After applying color again..Ran to ulta to get it washed out and got a hair binding treatment. And they cut inches off because of the damage.ULTA was understanding and beyond professional. Shout of to Samantha Marie for her professionalism and kindness. After gathering myself, I call this salon back, and calmly asked if I could have a refund. Upon arriving- there was three of them at this point-(owner as well) who down right refused a refund at ALL. Except a free hair wash?! Even after showing them the damages in person. And a picture before ulta trimmed/ washed it. They passive aggressively dismissed anything I was calmly trying to explain. Not to mention, what I paid for.. wasn't even CLOSE to what I asked for. There is no justification for this. It was extremely unprofessional. They knew. And down right HORRIBLE customer service. Lesson learned. NOPE.

Took my wife out for a spa day and she wanted to get her eyebrows done. Called up Thiessen-Elise Salon and within minutes the said they could fit her in. The facilities was clean and my wife was very satisfied with the results.

I was referred by a friend who has been going here for 10 years and have absolutely loved my experiences! The owners are the definition of a couple living out their dreams all the while encouraging their clients to do the same. Quite literally the best hair cuts and styles I have ever had and they carry my new favorite hair products. If you need a place to go, don't look anywhere else.

This is an amazing salon- by far the best in Salina. The customer service is outstanding and Amber does great work. You will not leave disappointed.

Amber and John are the best, small town loving people with big hearts and a beautiful amazing family, wouldn't wanna go anywhere else.

John can compete with any stylist in Southern California. Live in SoCal and was in town for a few weeks, best high/low lights, cut and blow out! Wonderful customer service, personable and professional. When I'm back in Salina I'll be back!
