My husband is restoring a jeep and called them for a quote - the woman quoted $149 and my husband agreed and set an appointment - he got there and they installed the windshield - when he went to pay the woman gave him some story about the windshield coming in defective and she had to buy from somewhere else so the cost is going to be $200 - she never called first to revise the quote, she didn't say anything when he showed up, she never said anything while he waited fir install, she waited until after it was installed - when he complained she told him they could pull the windshield out if he didn't want to pay - can anyone say shyster! Buyer beware this business uses fraudulent business tactics!

We took the RV here to get the windshield repaired. They called to let us know the next day it had been broke into, all batteries and some cables stolen! Poor customer service and all they had was "we're not liable". Wouldn't work with us! When they took it to the dealership, the dealership refused to give us an estimate! Would not recommend!

I had to replace my windshield after a very large break...and went to The Windshield Shop on Harry. They ordered my part, and was able to replace my glass quickly and without any hassle. They have great prices, and quality work!

What a wonderful staff and did an amazing job. Not sure what they did but my son's door would shut properly no matter how hard you slammed the door and now it shuts right! They didn't charge me for fixing it! Highly recommend them! Great prices, great people, great service!

I called about getting my 2021 Ford windshield fixed. The person who answered the phone was very rude. He asked for my VIN I was getting ready to provide it and then put me on hold and left me on hold, when I called back he just said hold then put me on hold again. I guess this company doesn't care about customer service or making money, I took my business elsewhere and they lost $2000.00 worth of business.

Once again...excelling in customer service!! Thank you!!! After installing a new windshield on my wife's car,(for cheaper than anyone else), two days later got another rock chip and they graciously repaired it for free!!! Super friendly, super quick, highly recommended!!!

A little warning: If you have a modern vehicle with features such as adaptive cruise control, there is a radar unit that will be replaced along with the windshield. The Windshield Shop replaced my windshield, which included the radar unit. When I picked up the car, they informed me that I would need to schedule a time to take the car to Discount Auto Glass, on the other side of town, to have the radar calibrated. Another appointment and another trip, to a completely different location, and another 1/2 day wait, and everything is good. Unless you want to repeat this scenario, ask before a windshield replacement if they have the tools and training to complete the whole job. The Windshield Shop does not!

This place lost my truck! I had a windshield replaced, I received no call that the service was complete, finally I called the shop and discovered the job was done. I went to pick up my vehicle after paying I discovered they could not find my truck. They had mistakenly given my keys to another business they deal with and my truck was a short distance away and Auto Image. I waited 15 minutes until somebody could bring my truck back to the Windshield Shop. I am happy with the windshield replacement.D. Roberts

What a fantastic experience. Appointment was easy to get after receiving a quick and very competitive quote. I was so happy with their work.

Excellent service! We had a bad rock chip on our windshield. We went in on Friday afternoon and they started fixing it immediately. A short time later they were done and you can just barely see where it was. It was very reasonably priced! We were so pleased that we decided to schedule a widow tint while we were there!
