This adorable little store was a life saver. I was traveling and had brought the wrong needles for my project. I had stopped at hobby lobby And they had a pitiful selection. I saw a billboard for the shivering sheep and decided to make the 10 minute detour. Wow was I impressed! This store was jam packed with beautiful yarns and assorted treasures. The employee (possibly the owner) had my needles in my hands within 60 seconds but I couldn't resist getting some gorgeous yarn as well. If id had more time I would have loved to browse more. I was even given a little souvenir bag for my goodies. This store had wonderful customer service, an incredible selection with many examples of finished projects. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to give a shout out to this little gem! Also the employee was masked and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with my detour.

I love this shop. It has a great selection of yarn. It is small but mighty. In the basement, there are some very good yarns on sale. The owner is very helpful when answering questions and has great advice when looking for specific yarn for your projects.

This shop might look small from the outside, but has everything a knitter could ever want or desire. The owner and workers are very helpful. I always come out with bags of yarn from the store every time. I make sure I stop in Abilene, Kansas when traveling that way just to shop here

I was traveling back from Colorado on interstate 70 and needed a yarn shop fix badly. I had my sister google yarn shops and this one came up. We immediately loved the name.My Mother and I found the shop easily.First, I was greeted by the owner with a warm hello.That is important to me.She is very,very nice and helpful BUT not pushy!She has a very nice selection of yarn and I even found a sock yarn that is hard to find-I bought it! She carries lots of mags and books and also needles to include Lantern Moon double points in lots of sizes!One of my favorite purchases is a button that says "I'd rather be knitting socks".She has lots of other cute things like this.I could go on and on but I won't. I will just say if you are traveling on "70", YOU, my knitting friends, MUST GO THERE!It is a small shop but I promise you will find something there that you must have!!!!!!!!!!! Kim H.

These people are impossible to contact by phone. They have the same phone number listed on their facebook page and on every other website I can find but they never answer at that number. There's nothing but a recording telling you to call them at their "other numbers" but they don't say what those other numbers are. Before I make a 100 mile round trip to check out the store, I want to make sure it's open. It would be nice if they would at least give their store hours on their recorded message.
