The Shed Grill & Bar Kingfisher

Good country home cooked food. Everything here is made fresh in house. We went around noon and the service was great for a party of 9. I had the fish tacos husband had the southwest chicken salad. A couple of wraps and chicken strips at our table. Everything tasted good, I took off one star because my fish was a little salty and I would have liked to have a better description of the type of fish on the menu, which was catfish. The prices are in line with all restaurants these days, not that overpriced... between $12-$15 per person is the average everywhere.

We enjoyed our visit to The Shed. The Coors Light was cold, the Chicken Tenders were hot, and the bartender was friendly. Katelynn helped us with menu selections and kept interesting convo going with info about the area. This place is my grandson's favorite restaurant, and I can see why. We will be back!

First impression: clean, even the bathroom. We were seated in a booth that had a cool draft. When we asked to move, the waitress was very sweet and accommodating. The fried pickles and fried mushroom appetizer was delicious. It was served with plenty of ranch. We had The Shed Bowl, Southwest Chicken Salad, Chicken Fried Steak and Cat Fish Kid's Plate. The food came quickly and was delicious. The waitress was very attentive. We had a very pleasant experience.

Best chicken fried steak I've ever had and I'm a pretty big CFS snob. In fact this pic is from my return trip a week later. Had to go back for more and was not disappointed!

My family and I ate here. They sat us in the bar area with teenage kids. I guess if you're not at the bar it's ok at this business. The waitress was not good at all. Her name was Anita. She moved slow and was rather loud and obnoxious when she talked. We ordered our food and she never came back until the food came out. We had to ask for refills. She sure did pay the men at the bar attention that were there trying to enjoy their evening. At one point I over heard her talking to another waitress, complaining about people not tipping her enough. Very un professional. The food was ok. The prices seem to be very high for a smaller town restaurant.

NewI would like to start with the service. Once I entered the restaurant I was greeted pretty well. I had informed the young lady that I was picking up an order. She immediately went to the back to let someone know. This is where the issue for me happened. Mind you I was still standing by the front entrance The waitress Martha came from back with my food in her hand and placed it on a table that was no where near me and as she proceeded toward me gave me my ticket to pay and verbally told me the amount. Walked off without letting me know where I could pay which I found to be very rude and unprofessional. I stood there for a bit and once I seen the other young lady I asked her where could I pay and she helped me. Once Martha finished chatting with the table she was at. As she walked by me, she asked if the other girl helped me. There clearly needs to be some training on customer service, because Martha isn't giving it to everyone! As for the wrap it was very salty. Could have used less salt. Don't think I will be back or referring this place in kingfisher to anyone!

The food here was pretty good service was a little slow, but we got busy so I'm going to forgive it and the ambience is real nice. The price is OK. Looks like average ticket per person is around 15 bucks.

Excellent chicken fry dinner. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant. Going back tomorrow, 10/01/24!

foods good but they didn't give my husband his catfish platter they missed two of my dads side and gave my mother a plain potato when she ordered it with sour cream butter and cheese
