Josh Roy owns Elite cash offers LLC and writes deceptive, bad faith contracts with no earnest money and later asks for $100,000 in repairs. He has done this to many off people. He will ask for outrageous repair request the day before closing leaving people high and dry. We are strongly considering a lawsuit against elite cash offers LLC and Jose Roy for consumer protection act violations. He knows better as a licensed agent.

Slimy, dirty dealing and in my opinion, crooked. Stay away. They had a handshake deal to buy my home for 135,000 and on the day went to sign, they decided that they were going to pay 30,000 less. Guess they thought they had another sucker to make a big payday from. Sorry, I'll let it go to foreclosure before that group gets their hands on my house!

The Roy Group helped us find a perfect home in the Wichita area in 2017, and then they sold our home in THREE days in 2019!!!Our experiences as both buyers and sellers with Tiffany, Josh, and the rest of their team was top-notch. As buyers, they helped us narrow down where to buy, which was helpful because we were new to the area. They listened to our needs and wants, and we ended up in a perfect home. As sellers, they showed us what to do to prepare our home to sell quickly and at list price. They always returned calls and emails quickly, and they guided us through every step of the process to ensure everything went smoothly. We can't recommend The Roy Group enough, they are the best in the Wichita area!

Everyone at the Roy Group was excellent to work with from top to bottom. Especially Matthew Moore, he was very professional and kept me up to date with the whole process. Being a first time home buyer I had a bunch of questions, which they answered quickly and accurately. With a busy schedule they made sure everything was on time with no snags or hold ups. Definitely would recommend The Roy Group to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

We were a returning customer to Pam Roy and felt just as assured as our first purchase! Due to our great experiences, my brother had utilized Pam as well. I felt that Pam always made herself readily available and she brought a very positive and calming attitude to the table while we were making such a big purchase decision from out of state.I definitely recommend The Roy Group and if I were to make another Home purchase I wouldn't look anywhere else!

Really appreciate all the work and care put in by Tiffany Roy on behalf of a first home buyer. Tiffany's efforts didn't stop on closing day...she was also amazing in helping with some post-close issues. A great partner to work with...highly recommend.

My husband and I went with this reality group for many reason. They were agressive, reponsive( before we put the house on the market), great reviews and seem to care about us. DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY!!! Justin priced our house very high. We asked him several times, "Are you sure, that our house will sell that high?" He stated "Oh, yeah or close to." We put it on the market on November 10. We have had 4 showings. Our house has just sat. While this was going on, oh gets worse. We had a hard time getting a hold of Justin. His voicemail was full. Called the office during the day no one was there to pick up the phone. Called the another lady who was the selling specialist no response. Nobody told us that she didn't work on the weekends. Didn't hear from her until late Monday afternoon. Called her Saturday morning. Justin's wife called me. I expressed our concerns, wait for it ...she says " You probably just need to move a couch." What, really are you kidding me!! The house is priced too high! So, now Josh Roy is working with us. We wanted to cancel our contract and go with another group. Oh, he promised us the moon and stars. We just reduced the price twice and 1 showing. Granted, Josh took off part of the commission price, due our non ending problems, it has been a nightmare! If you are considering this group....run don't look back!! Update, we sold our house, but we moved out of state, due to we needed be in Florida on December 3rd. Get this one, at closing no represented us. We had to call the closing agent and ask if everything went smoothly. Of course not, the buyers didn't even show up! They moved the closing time. What!!! So, we were suppose to get the money in our account that day. Nope, it took three days. RUN AWAY FROM THE JOSH ROY GROUP!!!!!!

We were extremely happy with Roy group and are now in our new beautiful home thanks to Kevin, Marcus, Hollie and the team. So when I say it's not exactly what we were looking for, well, it's not, it's even better! Kevin was so on top of things, paid attention to personal details and showed the utmost patience with our search. We received callbacks and new info at lightning speed and found our new home much quicker than we anticipated. They made the whole process, including utilizing the Veterans loan (thank you Marcus) super smooth. I assure you, they are a step above other realty agencies. We even had use of a free moving truck. 10 stars. Great people.

Very unprofessional. refused to put signs out to advertise house for sale and refused to have an open house. The company said they are a waste of time. The top person yelled at me because I told him what I thought of the company and his personal.She did not keep me up to date on what is going on and they missed closing date 3 times so it cost me more money to close on selling my house.The roy Group does not take responsibility for there actions. Days before the 6 month contract was about to run out they finally had an open house. The company slips in extra charges and say they hired a termite guy to spray but no one came out and they will not give he the invoice for spraying.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE OF WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IT REALLY IS.
