Went there to support the brick and mortar shops instead of buying on Amazon like I always do and quickly realized I might have made a mistake after picking out 1 ft of 4 gauge wire 2 ft of speaker wire and 1 fuse holder with a 100 amp fuse I was charged 46 bucks?? Yea try to break those cost down I knew I screwed up because he already cut the wire so I just handed over my card and received my receipt with no breakdown of where all that money went Fuk this place save your money and go somewhere else.

I had an overall great experience with Joad, the new owner of the Radio Shop, in May 2018. They installed a Custom Autosound radio in my 1979 VW Super beetle in record time, and I couldn't be happier with the install. They kept me up to date and ensured they called with price updates, detailed options, and expected finish time. Additionally, when I brought the car back for a corrective issue they responded with enthusiasm and over-the-top professionalism to make the problem right. An absolute A+ for customer service.

I have to say, I had a great experience at The Radio Shop. I stopped by to ask about a dash cam for a couple of our cars. I had been to The Radio Shop about 30 years ago when they took really good care of me, so I figured why not go back? I was not disappointed. Joad was a great source of information, and made me feel like I had taken my brand new car to the right spot. A couple of days later, I realized they also do window tinting, which was amazing because I needed that as well. So, two cars later, two dash cams installed, and windows tinted on both. I could not be more satisfied . They took the time to walk me through how they would install, and afterward even gave me an in person demonstration of the equipment. It was everything I would expect in a quality experience. I highly recommend. Definitely a Wichita hidden gem.

They installed a Pioneer 9" floating screen with backup camera and made sure everything sincked to my factory steering wheel controls. Also they did an awesome interior led light install for my console area as well as instrument gauges. Then they were very helpful with tutorial on explaining the new improved features. Love the Bluetooth wireless!This was all on our 2016 JKU Wrangler Rubicon. Made us fall in love with it all over again.

5 stars from the moment I called to the moment I finished and walked out the door! Jonah is exceptional. I chose to get my speakers fixed at The Radio Shop souly because of Jonah "gives good phone!" He is very knowledgeable with everything, and made me feel like I was getting the best bang for my buck. He helped me choose what kind of replacement speakers I wanted, and talked me through everything. Thanks Jonah!
