We drove 2 hours to book this venue. We ring the bell twice with no service. Kevin was not punctual. We hunt down someone to locate him goes to voicemail. Another couple comes in finally kevin arrives. Doesnt remember our names or our purpose for our visit. Nor do we get an apology for inconvenience or hand shake.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He tells us hes going to help the walk-in instead. Got treated like second hand citizens instead. This is not how a business works. Poor customer service, poor attitude. We will take our business elsewhere.
