Food: 5/5The food was all good. Nothing was over cooked or undercooked and the seasoning was good. Service: 1/5 The service was where this place fell flat. While the server was nice, the food took a full hour to arrive and they completely forgot our appetizers. They didn't tell us that the kitchen had lost our order until it had already been 45 minutes since we ordered. The experience was very poor. The manager came and tried to como our food so I wouldn't write a review, which made me really uncomfortable. I explained that while the food was late, nothing was wrong with it and I wouldn't feel right about that, which they pushed back on. Honestly, the way that they handled the situation was what made this service so low. They tried to salvage the meal for us but too late for me. Just let us know what was happening before you try to cover your mistake and then backtrack. Ambiance: 2/5 The table was clean, but the overall feel was dingy. There was not a good vibe and the bar felt a little haphazard. Not bad, but not great for three vive overall. It was made worse by the attitudes of the waitstaff and the host.

The food was excellent and service top tier! My husband and I were visiting his daughter over the thanksgiving weekend! We were tired of thanksgiving food and had a craving for India food so we looked this place up online. It wasn't very crowded because it's fairly new and hope they're around for many years to come! I enjoyed the food so much that I forgot to take pictures of the food(smh) however I did take a picture of my beautiful martini lol! The look of the restaurant is family style and can accommodate large crowds, we had a party of seven and our orders were perfect! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

The restaurant is nice and I still can't believe it used to be a Burger King back in the day. Pictures of your food don't really do it justice. The flavors are all there though! We had the Butter Chicken and the Beef Korma. Both were good but I think I liked the Chicken Korma more. We shared appetizers with our friends and I enjoyed the Spinach Dip with Naan. It's a good spot for groups because the restaurant is pretty spacious.

Stopped by the mango tree on my way south. A very nice restaurant! I was greeted immediately upon arrival and seated quickly next to a window. A quick review of the menu and searching up some photos online, I settled on the mixed grill. I was not disappointed! Take a look at that picture. The food was delicious And so well presented. Would definitely return and recommend this restaurant.

Not a bad place to eat. The food is tasty and the ambiance is nice though not a great place to go if you are looking for authentic Indian food. The food is fusion cuisine so it's a good place to go if you like to experiment with different food types. Also, it's a little bit on the pricey side.

Friendly helpful service. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Wide selection on the menu. Butter chicken and any of the curries are spot on. Naan is very good. Tried the variety naan platter it was good but a lot left for two people.

We eat here weekly and it's great every time! Never misses! Delicious. My favorite is the butter chicken, and it comes with naan but I upgrade it to garlic cheese naan.

The Mango Tree opened this week and I think it shows a lot of potential! Technically, my rating would be 3.5 stars for now, but I'm looking forward to seeing how they improve.Prices:You're definitely looking at $20/entree, but the appetizers and desserts are around $5-$7. Food:We obviously ate our food before I got good photos, and I apologize! I got the Shahi paneer, a rich, creamy, slightly spicy red sauce with homemade Indian cheese cubes. I've never had this particular dish before, but it's a very safe and satisfying option for anyone who loves butter chicken but would like to mix it up vegetarian-style.It comes with a whole cup of truly beautiful basmati rice, which should win an award for best supporting side. It also comes with plain naan, which was dry and felt like a bit of an afterthought rather than the puffy, buttery and slightly charred carb dream you find at New Paradise or Passage to India across town.My husband got the chicken malai, a nicely plated dish made up of marinated and grilled chicken breast pieces with rice, a butter sauce for dipping and a basic salad. The chicken was nicely seasoned and we both enjoyed it. They said the salad has a house dressing, but I'm not sure it made it on there. We also got the chai masala, which could use a little less milk and a lot more spice. The samosas were also not my favorite, with a thicker puff pastry crust and a salty, bland filling, at least compared to others I've had. The chutney and the tamarind sauce were great though. We finished off with the rasmalai, which was good but I haven't eaten it enough elsewhere to form an opinion.Service: They definitely have some timing and organizational wrinkles that will need smoothing out, but it's the first week and I think they'll get there so I won't go into it until I try again. Their take-home boxes are just standard foam cubes in a plastic bag for now, which isn't the best for a soup-like curry, but maybe that'll change later.Ambiance:This was a new BBQ place (and an old Burger King) previously, and it was tastefully remodeled in the last 2-3 years. With the addition of some Indian art here and there, it's mostly the same: modern, clean, dark, big windows, lots of TVs, and a nice bar area. It's quite a change from the bright colors and homey trappings of the other Indian restaurants here in town. I do wish they had warm LED lighting because it would flatter the food better, but that's being very picky. I didn't get to try the cocktails this time, but they all sounded fascinating and I'd love to try one soon. Overall, I think Mango Tree brings a more modern take on Indian food that Wichita doesn't have yet. But will the south side support a $20/dish Indian place? I don't know, but I look forward to finding out.

The food was amazing, the service was excellent. The atmosphere is so comfortable, that long after the food was gone we sat and talked. We would occasionally be asked if we needed anything. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient! This has become my favorite restaurant!!!

Four sisters go to lunch and have a great meal. 2 of us had the lunch special. We started with a fresh house salad followed by our 2 choices, Chicken Tikka Masala and Beef Curry. Both were delish, had a lot of flavor (you can ask for heat levels 1-5), and tender meat, accompanied by soft naan. One Sis chose the Palak with shrimp, and the other had butter chicken. Our waitress was great, right on time with drinks, etc. Ambiance was fine, not many dining since the majority were finishing as we were late around 1:15. Lunch special is good until 3. It is an old BK building at 47th and Broadway. For 2 of us, it was our second time, and we will return!
