The Loft 150

The Loft 150 is a cool hangout spot for friends or your significant other.The Loft 150 has all the beers from the downstair River City Brewing's crafts. In addition, there is 2 basketball coin machines, a stage, balcony outdoor seating, bar with additional beers, all of the spirits, and great drink specials.Wednesday's are the best night to get a weekday $3.50 big beer flagship brew and an $8 delicious thin crust pizza of your choice. Friday's and Saturday's sometimes has live music or a DJ. Admission can run up to $10. If you're already there early for dinner you don't have to pay the cover.

Just terrible food. Tired, flavourless pizzas, burgers served on plastic white bread. Beer is totally forgettable. Someone with a clue needs to buy and overhaul this place.

Am I in a bar? Am I in a club? Am I in the attic of a restaurant? Am I in the attic of a brewery? Yeahhh... you can probably say yes to all four. I'm torn on my star rating... Torn because I rather enjoy the eats & brews of River City Brewery, which is where Loft 150 is located.Weekends you're sure to pay a cover charge to watch a cover band play cover songs...... Come Again? Why? I'm already paying to spend my time here with drink orders and more than likely I'll also be paying to eat from your kitchen. So why am I also paying to hear something live that sounds a whole hell of a lot better on a cd by the original artists? On top of that, this upstairs hideaway has a overall dirty feeling to it but probably because this is where most of the drinking, all of the dancing, and formally all of the smoking occurred.But alas, they have a balcony! In the vertically challenged Wichita, very few places provide the ability to enjoy a drink on a 1 and a half story up porch... whooaaa im getting dizzy. Additional bonus? They make a mean Zombie sure to raise you from the dead. I like fufu mixed with my man fuel!!

Decorated a wedding here and it is an awesome venue with great staff. I want to thank manager Chris and event planner Jen for making this a successful event. The staff was helpful, courteous, and lots of fun! They even got into the swing of things and dressed up to help with the roaring 20's theme! Last but not least, the food was delicious!!!

Had a great experience here for my 40th b-day party. Great food & beer and the staff was especially helpful. Would highly recommend and would use again for other events.

Had a daytime reception here and everything was great. Every staff member was amazing...they helped with decorations, provided everything we needed and asked how to better our experience. Jen, the assistant general manager, made the booking and planning process so easy and stress free!

I was not a fan of this place. It's more like a meat market than anything else here. I've never seen so many old folks on the dancing floor trying to get their grooves on and showing off for the much younger crowds that was there that night, huh!? Thank goodness it was a non-smoking bar or I would'nt have last ten minutes more. It was a mistake ordering (Dirty) Martini in a bar like this. My drink tatsted as if it was washed in salt water few days old. Yuck! Good thing I don't live in this town and only visiting, whew!

Had a great lunch there at a private function. The pizza (I'm a pizza guy) was very good. Fast friendly service. Great house made Ranch dressing. I had not seen the improvements upstairs.....including horseshoe bar, garage doors for connectivity to cool patio and the outside. Good Tvs. Will be back to catch a game or a band!

Love the spinach and artichoke dip! Also try to whisky Bourbon Burger, don't request it on a bun because the way they prepare it on the type of bread will amaze you! It's the best and so is the service!

Went here two weekends ago for a birthday and was not impressed. Cover charge to listen to the radio? Also, their computer system went down and they stopped all drink and food orders. I understand a system going down but stopping all orders and our waitress hiding from us? We finally had to go up to the bar and suggest that they write down our orders and information for when their systems came back up. Overall pretty unimpressed. Most likely will not return.
