The Library Bar and Grill

Excellent small town bar and grill that serves Victoria fresh food and cold drinks! Staff is friendly and hard working. There are booths and tables with a small bar and a separate room for larger parties. A/C works great! There's also a pool table and juke box, a perfect hang out and worth exiting the highway.

A lovely cafe in a small town run by a hard working mother-daughter team. Cozy homey atmosphere and the food was fresh and prepared well. Mostly local clientele. Sit back and enjoy!

Great service, good bar food, and the best red beers in Kansas! Gizzards are great, and check out the steak fingers.

If you're wanting a yuppie bar, this isn't it. The Library is just a good old fashioned small town bar, where the help is friendly, food is good old fashioned bar food,, and the beer is cold. Tracy will treat ya right!
