The Hairy Sofa

First Impressions-The staff were really nice today when I dropped my doggie off for her full groom. I was able to schedule both of my fur babies when I needed to. It does take about 4 hours to get each dog fully groomed, but I got the best surprise when I got a cute photo taken of my sweet doggie on "the hairy sofa" today! It had her posed so cute with her hair all done up with orange feathery hair bands! The photo was there when my husband picked her up. Her harness had a festive clip on it too!!! She got a report card on her behavior, any vet concerns, and her fantastic personality! They payed attention to her diet restrictions and assured me that she was fine if she had any issues with her arthritis, bath time, or anything else. Her cut and style are very good without any hot spots or cuts or anything. Ashton was GREAT with my sweetie pie! The only question I have is why I was quoted at $60, but I was charged $65. I'll ask them about it when I take my doggie in again. For now I'm a very happy dog Mom!

The service here was awful. I asked for a slight trim on my poodle, and she ended up looking like roadkill. They gave my dog terrible anxiety, and she even had scratches on her tummy. Also, the wait staff was rude, precisely the Smurf-looking cee you next time with ugly hair. I knew I shouldn't have let her trim my dog's fur, considering hers looked like trash.To make matters worse, the staff was highly racist. They made it clear that they preferred to help a white lady over me. Even the way they spoke to me was highly condescending. Anyways, I will never be coming here ever again.

We love taking our fur babies here for a spa day! Sydney always takes the best care of them. It is a great spot for picking up toys and treats too.
