**WILL NOT RECOMMEND ***There is poor follow up with issues. The microwave blew open while making a cup of coffee in a ceramic cup with NO metallic trim and hit my mom in the head , the hot water splashed on here and was every where .When it was reported they sent 2 guys to look at it who said it must be the cup.. after trying different cups they realize the microwave was the issue because it was heating up too fast. After they left they said the manager will call back .. after sevetal hours no phone call and nothing was done for 3 days. I her daughter had to call multiple times and went down to the office because my mom had a bad headache that day and is non confrontational . I told the office if I had to call again about this for the 3rd time when my mom is elderly I will be very upset. After day 3 I called and the person refused to give the number for their corporate office because I wanted to file a formal complaint. The first person stated they never said they will change the microwave, the second person was snide and said they had ordered a new microwave . The major issue is they never daid anything or removed the microwave from the unit , didn't communicate anything was being done and my mother could have forgotten and used it again. In the end we had an exchange of words and Josie the second person ended up hanging up. I had to google the property management company to find the number to complain because they would not provide it. +1 (479) 521-6686 Here it is if you need it. Its very scary that an elderly person will get hit in the head and there is no follow up For 3 days Or did they call to apologize.Will not recommend this place .

These apartment buildings are truly great, they have an affordable price and nice rules that are safer than a normal neighborhood. The pool is nice and so is the view of the golf course. The residents there are nice and the landlords are amazing nice and can work with you if things are bad and you need to renegotiate things.

Before my husband and I got married, we asked what we needed to do to get me on the lease. We were told to come in after our honeymoon and all we would have to do is re sign the lease. When we got back that is not at all what happened. They now said that they had to run a credit check on me, never mind that he had never been late with rent in his year of living there. So we had to pay for a credit check that we weren't told would happen and my credit score dropped over 50 points because they ran it more than once. When I finally got a key it wasn't even the right key. I walked from our apartment to the main office 6 different times trying to find a key that would work to open our front door. Other comments, maintenance takes forever to do anything. When they do something, it leaves much to be desired. I am beyond glad we bought our own house and no longer have to deal with such awful landlords. The neighbors below us would slam doors so hard in the middle of the night that it would shake our entire apartment and the office would do nothing about it.

Great apartments. Really love living here. Staff is nice and helpful. Most neighbors are friendly and respectful. Would recommend living here. Especially if you enjoy golf and $20 green fees on a 7/10 course (depending on the season). Rent is reasonable as well for the area. The people that live above me do not fall into that category. They have no respect for noise no matter the time of day or night.

Crime - Screwed Over - CrimeI have a lot of positive things to say about this apartment and the five years I lived there. The people that work there are generally friendly; facilities and area is fairly well taken care of; free golf. However, I have two major things to warn any prospective residents about - crime and fees.Call the local police station and ask them about what goes on in the apartments and how often they are there. I've had an officer tell me they get called there almost daily.The second issue I should warn you about is they are a little incompetent in the leasing office and you won't get the benefit of the doubt. You are just a number to them. I gave them (in writing) sufficient notice that I was not renewing my lease. They conveniently lost that notice and charged me another month's rent. They will collect that rent from somebody else as well. And you can completely forget about getting your deposit back.

I went from loving it here to absolutely dreading coming home. From screaming children on one side of me to loud movies and music on the other side, there is absolutely no peace. Apparently this is "normal" levels of noise and I should just deal with it. Extremely happy my lease is up soon!

I would not recommend this place. Apparently everyone that works here are "Assistant Managers" who would call you three times a week to let you know if you still owe rent (they'll even call you on the weekends when banks are closed) and are very picky about service animal letters. The parking is horrible! You have to drive a block away from your apartment since visitors take your spot. Gates are supposed to be closed at 9 p.m. but they stay open where anyone can come in. Not to mention, they will go to your work and tell you that they've been trying to contact you to let you know you need to renew your lease (they'll even say your full name where anyone can hear). They would harass you nonstop just so they can get money from you. I couldn't stay there even on my days off cause they give me anxiety. If you try to move out, they will call you immediately to do an apartment check so they will find any flaw to charge you for. It's not worth it. Want to know more about my experience? Let me know! We love living here. We lived here for 6 months, then moved out of state for 6 months, and now we are back for another year. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. I love how they have a Christmas party for the residents every year and give out gifts. I love how maintenance is always on top of the requests we've had. I use the fitness center a lot and it's very nice and always kept clean. I love how they have a beautiful pool, lots of space to take my small pug on walks, and for my kids to ride their bikes. It overlooks the golf course, it's right in between Walmart, Target, and Dillions. It's nice being so close to stores that I need. I like the updated interior and the crown molding. Whatever issue we've had, which were just minimal, it's been taken care of right away. I honestly would recommend my friends and family to live here. My only complaint is that the walls are not as sound proof as I wish apartments would be. I can hear conversations of my upstairs neighbors a lot. The one perk I wish they had, however, was a playground for my kids. But for the price, it's affordable for us and has all of the amenities we need.

The apartments are very outdated. I've lived in two separate apartments at this complex and the AC in the summer never seems to work right. If you live on the bottom floor, be prepared to have brown recluse spiders all over your apartment (even after someone comes out and sprays). And if you live on the bottom floor, you can hear a pen drop in the apartment above you. And for some reason there is never enough parking right in front of my current apartment. Overall not bad for the price, but I'm going to move and try somewhere else.
