I had a really good experience. Michael took the time to thoroughly explain the best route for my broken glasses after the unfortunate Tornado in 2022. He was always available to ans my qts promptly and the office staff were friendly. His technician was friendly and efficient and their work was great. I even recommended them to my next door neighbor and she was pleased with their work. Definitely would use them again!

We had a 60 year old sliding door that just didn't want to slide any more. The original rollers were shot, and modern replacement roller housing assemblies wouldn't work. Michael and his team from The Glass Guru retrofit the existing roller housings with new roller parts and had our door gliding like brand new in just a little over an hour.Great service from a family owned local business that would have been cheap at twice the price they charged!
