I have used The Garage many times over the years and I've always been happy with their work. John and Lisa are extremely honest and do excellent work I would highly recommend.

Prior to a long road trip we took our Kia Sorento in to have the transmission serviced. On our way back from our trip we noticed the transmission started shifting hard. Upon our return we took the car back to the garage for him to see what the issue was as he was the one to service it. He said sure for another 100 bucks. We then took the car to Midas as we have a family member who works for them. They checked the transmission and found it had less than half the transmission fluid it needed and in addition the wrong fluid was put in our vehicle. The transmission was essentially destroyed. The owner of the garage simply shrugged his shoulders and essentially said too bad. If you value your vehicle in any way never take it to the garage for any kind of service or repair.

My car has a check engine light come on so I thought I would call the garage to have them look at it I explained that I had an extended warranty and ask if there was anything that I needed to bring the person that I spoke with said no that they had work with the extended warranty company several times the next day when I brought it in for my schedule the appointment The lady that was working the desk was very rude to me and told me that they she'd had to have the documentation from the warrantee and the number to call the warranty company she was very rude to me and condescending at that time I left and called Christian Brothers automotive where I was greeted very nicely and was not asked for any documentation from the warranty company as they were able to look up the company and find the number and the documentation on their own furthermore the commercials you see of the woman smiling as if she's nice and going to help you this is totally phony.

i had the worst experience at this place called The Garage on maize and central do not go there what a rip off. they tried to charge me for a light bulb that they say was not the right one that orieleys gave me well after a lot of arguing with them i finally got my way .he was the rudest person i have delt with. i ended up going back to orileys and they sent me to Joy's on tyler they had no problem putting that same bulb in the one that this guys swore was the wrong one and still wanted to make me pay 35 dollars for cuz he had to take the old one out. i feel like going back over there and showing him see it does fit... but instead i want to let everyone know not to go there word of mouth is the best advertising instead go to joy's great place and far less expensive then what that place was charging
