What a great little car museum! We spent about two hours seeing the "Oddities" exhibition yesterday and had a blast. Lots of interesting cars--the Batmobile, a Wankel motorcycle, a DeLorean, bunches of custom hot rods, etc. You don't need to be a car enthusiast to enjoy this museum. They introduce a new exhibit every quarter, so there's always something fresh to see.

In town for my nephew's graduation for KWU and he informed us about this new muscle car garage mussuem..The staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a bar station where you can pour yourself a nice cold beer or wine to take with you as you tour the museum. Perfect pairing. The muscle cars, hot rods and custom cars were in immaculate condition. I appreciated the display signs in front of each car that gives a one paragraph history. The perfect summary size in my opinion. There's plenty of interactive displays throughout this museum.Touch Screen quizzes complete with visuals.Simulators: A welding, car painting and race car simulator were fun to check out. They had a Boy Scout PInewood Derby track that brought me back to my Junior High School days.There's tons of toy play stations throughout the museum that keeps the kids busy while the parents are exploring. I saw a coloring station, lego station and toy race tracks and garage complete with cars to play with. There was a mini-theater that had an informative muscle car movie playing and a library/reading area to relax and check out some car books.There was so much to see and do throughout this muscle car museum. It's absolutely social media friendly as well as educational. This is a definite must visit if you have the time while in Salina. Buckle Up!

This is just the coolest place we have visited in quite a while! What a great use of an old building to house a Car Museum! We walked around for about three hours, and enjoyed every inch of it, the staff is great, and the place is just super clean. What a wonderful day we had.

The Garage Visiting in-laws and first time in this place-new rotation every few months. Lots of interactive exhibits and just a cool place. In your a gear head-a must see.

The Garage museum houses two exhibition wings. The Crossroads Car Experience exhibit changes every 3 to 4 months. Since opening in February 2022 it has shown Horses to Horsepower carriages up to WWII, Muscle Car Wars, and racing cars of many types, the current exhibit. Driven to Serve will highlight service vehicles in January 2023. The other wing has the Kustom Kemps of America hall of fame and the best examples of custom car painting and body work on the planet. Kids love the Lego table, Hot Wheel track, and racing simulators. Adults appreciate the self service beer and wine. Everyone likes the beautiful cars and brief descriptions that teach about technology and history. Want to learn how to weld or paint? The high tech virtual reality simulators allow lots of practice. How about racing your buddy on the high bank oval at Daytona or through the famous cork screw corner at Laguna Seca? You can do it in simulators that even have full motion seats. They are addictive! The interactive video quizzes at the Fueling Stations and Turbo Trivia Tower are too.This is not a static display museum, it has active things for everyone to do and rotating exhibits that will keep you coming back.

The garage was an amazing experience, with awesome displays and very interactive and friendly staff. We had a great time here and we're here for several hours.
