The Thanksgiving dinner was AMAZING. We had an excellent meal with some of the best pumpkin pie I've had in my life. Turkey was extremely tender and very moist. The stuffing tasted fresh and we couldn't get enough of those mashed potatoes. This place is a must try. Thanks Fusion!! - Vicki & Family

Honestly-- we used to love this place so much. Sunday brunch was out absolute favorite in town. We loved how they changed their menu & kept things fresh & exciting... we have only been to the new location once & honestly, won't go back.There weren't nearly as many options as there were at the last location & the price for what they did have was unreasonable.For two of us, we paid 52$.For that, we honestly would rather go to doo-dah for that price. The service is always good, the owner lady is one of our favorite ladies, but very unhappy with the brunch.

Here's the thing. I haven't eaten here yet, but I want to. Now hear me out. They sponsored a food truck roundup in their parking lot, but they generously offered the inside of their place to have a seat to eat your food trucks grub. That's not all. They were serving alcoholic beverages if you wanted to purchase some. On this nite, they were not serving any of their own food. No competition with the food trucks . What a concept!The waitresses were fast, efficient, cleared your table, showed you where the restrooms are and the back door leads right back to the parking lot. I guarantee you I need to come back here and eat off their menu!

The best homemade sausage I have ever eaten.The Kiwi Waffle was wonderful. Full of Blueberries with a key lime drizzle. Just a burst of flavors!The location has changed from what is listed on Yelp. Check local listings for address.

Recommended to try this newly opened restaurant on the west side. Our lunch for 3 was $65 before tip, pricey. I had the meatloaf which was overly peppered, as were the mashed potatoes and veggies. The gravy, gross. My friend and his daughter had burgers, tasty. They opted for onion strings versus potato chips (chose at last minute when other patrons chips were being served overly fried). Too much breading, where's the onion? Bread pudding bland and dry, portion size small for the price. Service slow. Staff nice. Facility, if I'm not mistaken, used to be a garage, therefore a cold ambience. Will I return? No.

I love Sundays! If I'm not with my grand babies then I'm catching up with friends. The group suggested we eat at The Fusion Restaurant and try their breakfast Buffet. I've never heard of this place and I always love supporting local It's a local family-friendly restaurant with american comfort foods and reasonable prices.My favorites? The crispy bacon and the amazing potato salad. It was the best potato salad I've EVER tasted! It gave me goosebumps. (Just ask Sarah )Our fabulous waitress Peggy was so friendly and always checking on us to see if we needed anything. I did meet the owner, Shannon and she also was super friendly and so genuine. We went to the Sunday brunch, won't be returning. Food on a scale of 1 to 5 was maybe a 2. Old, cold and the display was horrible. Don't try to compare to other brunches in Wichita, no comparison.

Went to West Central location for breakfast and will never go back. Terrible service. Slow to get waited on and then had a drink spilled on us with no apologies nor offer to help clean up. Another customer brought us her napkins!!When food finally arrived, it was horrible. Inedible & flavors were gross. Nope! Never again.
