The Furniture Store

They completely took advantage of my retired mother on a fixed income. She purchased a coach from them that immediately started to droop in the center and they are refusing to do anything about it. This business preys on vulnerable individuals to get a sale. They sold my mom a lemon and are taking no responsibility for it.

Tim Stark helped us find a great mattress with an adjustable frame. Tim was friendly and helpful and didn't put any pressure on us. We will certainly go back to him when we're looking for our next furniture item. We greatly appreciated his honesty and knowledge.

I looked at several furniture stores and The Furniture Store in McPerson had the best selection and prices. The staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and even put different furniture side by side to compare colors and see what worked best. I was very impressed. Thanks, Michelle

The first time I went to this store I was pretty much ignored when they found out I was not looking for a high end item. Two or three years later I thought I would give them a second chance and that was my mistake. I had a better experience but when I asked to speak with the owner to let him know about my experience, I was told the owner wasn't there and that they don't give his number out. When the owner isn't there, you can't speak to the owner, and you make the customer feel like they have done something wrong...I won't make the same mistake a third time.
