The Furniture Freaks

We bought a sectional here and within months it was already falling apart. Took it back up to the store for their "inspection " which they claimed it was "misuse of the item" then when my husband went to pick it up he had to load it up in his truck alone. The customer service here is such a joke. 10/10 would recommend buying furniture literally anywhere else. Their so called warranty is BS they don't cover anything. Very disappointed.

I really don't like how they handle warranty stuff, We bought a reclining loveseat, 2 weeks later it was malfunctioning, the kickup wouldn't latch down. So I called them , I sent them the pictures and a photo of my invoice,so eventually they emailed me saying that I could bring it in to them, then they would look at it and maybe fix it. Now when I call the store they pick up and immediately hang up on me. They sell junk and they know it, whatever you do, do not buy anything here if you expect it to last more than a month.The sales lady was kinda pushy to begin with. I don't recommend buying anything here.

I purchased a mattress and frame from Furniture Freaks in Hutchinson, KS around May 2022. The frame I paid for included a massage feature, the frame I received in June 2022, did not have the massage feature. I made multiple attempts over the phone to correct this. When My calls were not answered nor returned, I attempted contact through email. I was asked to send photos of the frame on June 30. On July 5, I asked if there was anything else they needed and was advised they would issue a refund check that week. Contacted again on July 18, July 19, July 26. On July 28 they advised there is a difference of $80 and they would issue a check. They also said they had tried to call me, but there were no calls to my phone from their number. Emailed again on Aug 24, Sept 13. Still have not heard back nor received My refund. No wonder the store in Hutchinson closed down. Do Not Recommend this store.
