This place is great! We didn't really price compare but they seemed reasonable enough. What made me choose them is their DIY program - you can design and make your own centerpieces! You buy your flowers from FF at wholesale cost, and then are given free use of their facility for construction and storage. Then the day of your wedding, they deliver your centerpieces for free with the rest of your bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. I am a really creative, hands-on person so making my own centerpieces was really fun. The day I showed up to make my centerpieces, the florist (I forget her name) showed me my bouquets that she had just finished - the colors were WRONG! I had a bridezilla moment and freaked out, balling my eyes out. She was really patient with me and understanding. She actually pulled the bouquets apart and let me use the floral spray paints to get the bouquets just how I wanted them. In the end, the flowers were GORGEOUS! She is so great to work with I would recommend anyone to go there!

Obviously customer service is not a high priority to this company! Male owner was Rude and didn't try to accommodate or listen to problem. Flowers were wilted roses were not fresh and Carnations were dried out.Will not do business with them again!

I ordered two arrangements totaling $549 for my sister's funeral. I asked for interesting arrangements in vibrant fall colors and received pink. I asked for a vase and got a plastic bucket. I tried to set up a time to meet with Pam, the florist/owner, because the price seems steep for carnations, mums, 8 roses and a bunch of filler. She refused to meet with me and threatened to sue me if I posted pictures. I do not recommend. Zero stars.

I ordered a $90 arrangement and when delivered the finished product looked nothing like the picture, I mean nothing. The product delivered was a pretty arrangement but nothing like what was ordered. After more than 24hr trying to get a hold of someone at the shop thinking the wrong order got delivered they made it known it was on purpose. That because of the disclaimer on the site they can basically send you anything they want. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. The only offer I got was to give them the delivered flowers and they would replace it with "less impressive arrangement" or I could have a free delivery on a future order. What they sent was mostly carnations and Greenery but was assured it was $90 worth of flowers.

Beautiful flowers and great staff!! There was a small problem with my order and they took care of it quickly and professionally to get it corrected. My mom loved her "Designer's choice" arrangement of roses and baby's breath. All flowers were colorful, fresh, and arranged beautifully. It was so nice to easily order mom flowers all the way from Philadelphia through their website. I will definitely do business with them again. Support local business :)

Do NOT use this florist. Avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service. Will never use again. Called for funeral flowers. Didn't arrive at location. When called to ask why and get money back, Rick, the owner, yelled at me! Unbelievable. No apologies. NO customer service!

A friend ordered flowers for me three days ago to be delivered to my house. Three days later, no flowers have been delivered, phone calls not returned. I went to the store-closed, nobody inside. Stay away from this business!

I'm a very unhappy out-of-state grandmother. I placed an order for a PINK puppy arrangement to be delivered to my young granddaughter's school today for her birthday, but received no email confirmation of the delivery. When I tried to call the shop, I got an answering service that said they're closed till Tuesday. Today is Friday! I wish I'd looked at these reviews before ordering, but know better now. Shame on them for their terrible customer service!

This business deserves zero stars, but that is not an option in order to share my experience. How is this place even in business? This business provides overpriced below average product. They can only offer floral arrangements made of carnations. The photos on their website are not reflective of their work. You will not get what you ask for, save your time and money-go elsewhere.

Absolutely the best florist in town. Always go out of the way to get delivery on time and the flowers last forever. I find it hard to believe the negative reviews from people that are out of town and don't even know the owners names. Rick???
