We bought all of our flooring here - over a seven year period - and are always happy. The prices are great and Kristi is amazing. She has helped us select hardwoods for our home as well as carpet for the basement and even vinyl for a guest bathroom. She really has an eye for tying colors and textures together and knows what floorings work best in which situations. We refer everyone to Kristi at Floor project!

Great service during the sale. Terrible service after the sale. The scheduler doesn't call when he is supposed to and is impossible to get a hold of. The team did not show up to install when they were supposed to and we are left waiting and waiting. Would not recommend.

Highly recommend staying away from this place. They have shoddy installers that they do not stand behind. Two years after installation, all of my vinyl flooring started to gap and is coming up. It was deemed that their installers installed it incorrectly and since it was beyond the one year installation warranty, they wouldn't stand behind it.

These guys listen to what their customers wanted. Large samples to take home, walkways to try out different types of flooring and they even have software that allows you to see all of their floors installed in rooms to help narrow down selection. I even took pictures of my living room and they showed me what my floor would look like before I purchase. They even had a nice play area for my kids. You have to stop by there if you are shopping for floors. You will be blow away!
