I cannot say enough good things about this business. From the customer service to the products they offer, they are top notch! When you shop here they make you feel important and special! They go out of their way to help you find the perfect item! They are truly a gem in Wichita!

Really amazing place with an owner who is a throwback to what great customer service used to be. There are snacks laid out, they offer you a Coke or a water, and they wait on you hand and foot. Don't expect the soft sell, though--the owner Helen is a business woman who will steer you to what she thinks is best for you. Chances are, she is going to be right! Wonderful selection of high end home décor but the real gem is the jewelry--David Yurman and other high end designers along with a secret stash of diamonds and amazing jewels rivaling anything in the Midwest. Run, don't walk to The First Place!

I love going here. The people are really nice and if you have a price range they WILL NOT try to up sell or make you feel cheap! I got my boyfriend's mom two presents from here and she loved them! Great jewelry. You'll have to make a couple trips to see everything.

The first place is absolutely WONDERFUL! The owner is an absolutely wonderful and friendly lady, same with all of the other workers there! You will feel absolutely welcomed there! They have beautiful jewlery pieces and an impressive david yurman line there; as well as many beautiful home decor pieces and a few clothing items! You will get amazing service from everyone at the first place and placing an order for a jewlery piece is so incredibly easy to do there. The First Place has the most beautiful gifts and jewelry. Helen and Buffy are rays of sunshine and make you feel right at home. They are extremely helpful and it is clear that they have great respect for their customers and truly want you to leave happy finding just what you need.
