WORST PLACE ON EARTH! Let's start with management, rude, deceitful, unhelpful and genuinely full of BS! Next we have apartments so out dated and not taken care of from appliances not working i.e. stove, ice maker, washer & dryer, toilet leaking and when you ask for them to fix something yes they are quick to arrive but nothing was fixed properly! Then we have the leaky toilet with mold that we continually had to live with cause it never was taken care of. If you have a pet the word is do as I say not as I do, pet clean up stations were easily accessible but few if any cleaned up after their pets yet some how we were reminded to clean up after our dogs(funny thing is not one instance of my pets potty was ever left) and when we called the office to complain we were told to follow the persons allowing their pet to potty and not clean up, take a pic and then the office would try to rectify the problem, imagine this, nothing ever was taken care of. Noise complaints from the paper thin walls and ceilings that sounded like upstairs tenants were actually right in your own apartment were brushed off from the office with an excuse of, when it happens call the office and we will try to come out and listen and if after hours call the number and report it and someone will come out(no one ever came out)! Then let's get to the best part! 2 years of living here there's bound to be some wear and tear on things in the apt., but the charges taken out of the deposit were nothing more than obscene and a typical scam attempt from the management! The apartment was scoured, cleaned and in better condition then when we moved in! Best part is on the last day when I turned the keys in, there was suppose to be a walk through together with management to verify the condition of property and to legitimize any damages that needed addressing to be taken from the deposit, the phone call went like this. "Hi this is (me)Harry we are ready to do walk through, (office)at this time due to COVID we are not doing walk throughs, we wait 2 days after the apt is vacated before going in, are there any damages you'd like to report? (Me)Harry, nope it's spotless, (office) great bring keys to office and you're good to go. (Me)Harry, how do I know the condition and status of my deposit and that you won't lie about damages that aren't true so I can dispute them with you as I'm leaving the state? (Office) Im sure everything is fine and we are being lenient on condition of apt. at this time due to COVID and will call you if there is anything major. 3 weeks later we received a $30 check out of our $250 deposit with the letter attached stating the FALSE AND BS charges they claimed were due! I've attached the bogus statement for everyone's viewing to show the obscene charges! I wouldn't let a cockroach live in this place, more people need to stand up and speak out about this place instead of just brushing it off as we spoke to a great number of people while living here that were as disgusted as us!DO NOT RENT HERE!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!

My kid lives here and has been a resident for about four months. The apartment itself is very nice for the money compared to surrounding Wichita area. However, the response time and disposition of its workers needs a major overhaul. This company should look at the Nordstrom model for customer service. Treating people with respect and decency is what Christ has called us all to do. Other than that these are very nice apartments.

I am very frustrated at this point! My husband moved in for 1mo. Then passed away. When I returned his keys Angela the office manage told me after apartment was inspected the deposit would be returned to forwarding address. I also called and spoke to a gentleman in the front office he also told me to email the forwarding address and said the same after inspection. I must say was totally caught off guard when they decided there would be not deposit returned. No picture were even up, so no wall damage for Pete's sake his furniture still had tags. This breaking the lease is ridiculous ! He had no intentions on breaking lease unfortunately he passed away, God forbid THEY don't get paid!!! Deeply disappointed! FYI BEFORE you sign a lease make sure you don't pass away, or your family is just out of luck!!!!!!!!

beautiful apartments, the worst management I have ever dealt with in my life!!! I am talking about Angela Hartzell!! or whatever her last name is!!! we moved out of the apartments because of her!! she is disrespectful, rude. and she gets mad because kids play outside! I wish I never rented their for a whole year. we had to wait till our lease was up to move out. we left not because the apartments were trash, but because of Angela treating us like trash! save your money, I promise you. it's not worth the stress!!

The Fairways have beautiful bright apartments that have nice new appliances, including washer and dryers inside each apartment. I have a 2 bedroom and its very spacious. I never hear my neighbors (I could just be lucky). There is always plenty of parking, the property is well lit and the neighbors all seem to be relatively friendly. It's nice living on the golf course, even if you don't play golf (I don't) I like to take my dog for long walks on the walking path. The only complaint I have is that there are people who do not STOP at the stop sign and I really wish they would with all the people walking their dogs and taking out their trash....but that is not the fault of the apartment....it would be great if they put a big speed bump there to slow people down :)

We've recently moved into the fairways apartments and we have nothing but positive things to say. The leasing document process went very smoothly and the staff helped us a lot. We got lucky and we're able to move in a couple of days early than planned. We could not be happier with our new apartment.
