The Eye Gallery

Idk where to start. Shes amazing. I had to find a new eye doctor. I knew my glasses were not right, also knew something was going on with my eyes like getting worse. I went to the new location and while scheduling a woman was bragging about how amazing the lady is. Im terrible with names but that was a good start. Anyways few weeks later i see the doc Baldwin. She listens to my concerns about dryness, irritating, vision is off etc. she already knows the answers. I felt only good vibes with her, friendly, understanding, non judging, i mean just a beautiful human overall. Energy is great. O trust her and when i cant make up my mind i usually tell her to do what she thinks is best for my eyes, that i trust her. She cares. I could go on and on only for the fact she is amazing and that its taking 35 years to find a doctor i trust and plan to stay with. I also am obsessed with my Kate spades glasses and work safety glasses. My only request is that they add more diamond glasses and more nerd type glasses like Steve Urkel glasses because im obsessed. Anyways hope this helps you make ur decision!

The doctor who did my eye exam was super friendly, but getting contacts is a pain. My contacts are in but the staff won't take 5 minutes to show me how to get them in until I get an appointment. Drove out here for NOTHING while the staff sits around.EDIT: When I finally got the appointment the staff was helpful, but having been to the place four times previously and not having walked away knowing I'd not simply be taken care of when my contacts were in was a pain.

Dr. Megan is great at explaining options and reasons behind adjusting our prescriptions. My whole family enjoys going to see her.

I really like the eye glass gallery they have an updates eye puff machine that doesn't hurt. The doctor is really nice. My only complaint would be when it comes to glasses/contacts they approach it like a pushy car salesman. In 2017 by law they are required to give you the rx. You do not need to buy anything here you as a customer have options.

I've been going to the The Eye Gallery for 2 years now and find Dr. Baldwin and her staff to be top notch. They are very easy to communicate with and offer excellent service. I recently had a pair of glasses purchased through the The Eye Center break and the vendor was no longer honoring their warranty terms; the staff at the Eye Center went were wonderful in working with me to find a solution!

I have been going yo Dr. Baldwin for a few years now and can easily say that she is the best Optometrist that I have ever had . She is very professional and personable. The exams are very thorough and she explains everything that she is doing and why. Courtney was also very patient and provided honest opinions when I was looking at frames. There is a good selection of eyeware at reasonable prices.

I got the best exam and perfect pair of glasses! My daughter also loved Dr. Baldwin and was extremely comfortable in her office. Dr. Baldwin really cares about her patients and doesn't only connect on a dr/patient level but really cares about you as an individual. My self and the triplets will never go any where else!

Both staff and Dr. Baldwin were great with my 4 year old son! They were swift but thorough which kept him engaged and excited about the process of getting his eyes checked. Dr. Baldwin had more than one tactic at keeping the young child's participation active. I definitely recommend The Eye Gallery!

Dr. Baldwin and her staff are super easy work with and they are so welcoming from the first moment you step through their door. Dr. Baldwin took incredible care of me and she comes across very genuine and is more than willing to answer any questions you have. I am thrilled to have found her office and can not wait work with her in the future.

After reading all the reviews - I have stopped in this eyeglass shop several times - just looking for trendy eyeglasses. Being 5'3" there was difficulty in searching for glasses as some of the eyeglasses are above my head (beyond reach) on the shelves. Even more limiting is the lack of light on/in the shelves as I could not discern the frame colors. I had to pull them out and walk over to the windows. I strongly recommend improved lighting for the eyeglasses on the shelved area. The all-female staff were nice enough.
