The Dermatology Clinic

I am very happy with the care I get at the Dermatology Clinic. This is the practice that has helped me to be more regular with body scans and to stay on top of anything that looks suspicious. My PA is Kylie Witham and she is amazing. She is knowledgable and kind and is always supportive, even when I'm worried or confused about any changes I might see in my skin. My advice: wear sunscreen and visit the caring staff at the Dermatology Clinic regularly!

I thought they are dermatology they know better about my skin but they did not ! I paid expensive for them to treated my skin then it turned out so So bad ! I am so angry with all the scars I have on my face!

I've been going to this facility since I was 15. Now the rest of the family uses them too. It's a very under serviced industry. If I was going to medical school - this would be my specialty as 3 months out for an exam is not unrealistic. The past 4 years our contact has been Kylie Witham, PA-C. She is excellent and throughly covers her treatments and I've seldom had to wait more than 5 minutes.... thus she meets her schedule. The clinic is severely outdated looking. Simply put, it's not her problem, but the top doctor / owner doesn't need more business and remodeling coats a lot of cash and disrupts the office flow. I've been happy with their service. I was seen for a scalp problem. I told the P.A. about some antibiotics I had used before for a different problem and how it helped my scalp. Totally ignored me. Suggested some over the counter shampoo. Still have the scalp problem 6 months later. Was asked about the itching med prescribed, I told them it raised my blood pressure and I quit using it. I waz told that unless I applied it to my ENTIRE body there wasn't enough steroid in the medicine to raise my pressure. Insults instead of understanding. Never mind I could be someone who is sensitive to the medicine. Won't go back.

Highly recommend Dr. Shackelford! The office staff was very friendly and efficient and my wait time was only a few minutes. Dr. Shackelford was friendly and caring while providing quality care. She took the time time to thoroughly explain treatment options and answer my questions.

I've had a great experience at the clinic. the women working the front desk are always friendly and kind. The nursing staff is awesome and Faith is the best! I've very happy and have already recommended The Dermatology Clinic to others.

Office staff were friendly. Nurse was kind and engaging. I saw a PA who was thorough, answered my questions, was knowledgeable and interested in making sure she met my needs.

Doctor may be great but terrible customer service with scheduling and check in. I just waited a full year to get my kids in for new patient appointments with Dr.Shackelford. We were 6 minutes late because we stood at the wrong check in counter. I was told because I didn't arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork only 1 of the 3 could be seen. They are all on the same insurance. No complicated medical histories. It took me no time to fill out the paperwork. Instead of going ahead and letting them begin appointments while I sat and filled out paperwork, she canceled them all out but one. On top of it couldn't offer a reschedule for months and months. Rigid and cold and not customer service oriented at all. We will be looking for a new Dermatology group.

If I could leave no stars I would. This clinic is covered under my insurance. They knew what insurance I had but decided to give me the only provider not covered by my insurance and are now trying to harass me into paying out of pocket. My insurance said the provider they gave me was popping up as a provider for Nebraska. How is it even legal that a provider for Nebraska was giving me a service in Kansas? Why was the only person that wasn't covered under my insurance provided to me? I've been trying to solve this issue with this company for over a year now. Now the Dermatolgy Clinis PA in Wichita, Ks has attacked my credit score with this payment that should've been covered by insurance. I am a single mother on Medicare. This business has been extremely rude through this whole process and I would advise anyone against going here unless you want to deal with an unethical business that does not care for its customers.

I have brought several of my family to the Dermatology Clinic. Love the staff and how well they took care of us from start to finish.
