The Best Little Hair House

The BEST little hair house is right! Hanna is the owner and my personal stylist. She has only ever provided the best service. I've been going to her for over three years now. I just love her cute little shop and cozy atmosphere. If she ever did something I wasn't 100% happy with, she fixed it without a question the next day. Keep in mind, that has only happened MAYBE twice in three years and that's just because I'm REALLY PICKY about my hair. I see her every 6-8 weeks and she does everything she can to get me an appointment that works with my schedule. Each of the other stylists does great work that I've witnessed many times. She is a great conversationalist and will make you feel right at home. I have referred many friends to her who all have had great experiences. Keep in mind, she has many clients and you should not expect to make a same week appointment if you're looking for an evening/weekend.

I was super excited to try this place out after a friend made the recommendation, however getting a hold of anyone at this place was impossible. After leaving several messages, both via telephone and online I never received a return call. They were unresponsive, they might not even be in business anymore so good luck with this one! I ended up going to Shine Salon on E. Douglas and they're absolutely fabulous!!!

Pretty disappointed, trying to support local business but no one picks up the phone, and there is no room in the voicemail to leave another message. Seems like if you want to switch stylist they don't want you to.... Not alot of options to schedule. And hate having my hair done not able to see in the mirror. Good pricing, but I guess you get what you pay for.
