This was my first experience calling upon this company for pick-up from the Manhattan KS airport for home delivery. It was one of two listed on the airport's website under Taxi, so I naively thought this meant that the service was reputable. True, the cab did arrive within the timeframe that was estimated (~10 minutes), but I felt that the driver was cold and unhelpful. He did not even attempt to get out of the vehicle to help me lift my two suitcases into the backseat. He watched as I clearly struggled. I am a 5 ft 8 in woman, average build. I was returning to KS after 3 business trips. The luggage was heavy. I also have significant neck and back problems, and had recently dislocated my shoulder. I did not count on having to lift the luggage myself, without any offer of assistance. When I finally did settle into the seat, I provided the address of my residence. The driver could not have been more disinterested. I asked him if he knew where that was. He said, "no". Then he proceeded to drive onward I asked if he needed me to pull up google maps; he said "no". That was the extent of his dialogue with me. Very uncomfortable cab ride. When I arrived at my home, and offered him a credit card, he glared at me. "We only accept cash," he said. I was mortified. I do not carry cash on me. I apologized profusely. I offered a check. He proceeded to drive me to an ATM so that I could obtain cash to pay for the services. He was cold and unfeeling. From the moment I got into his vehicle, I felt that he could have cared less. And then he acted like I was trying to cheat him. I'm sorry, but after spending the past 9 days on business where no cab service asked for cash, I didn't realize cash was needed. Perhaps that should be listed in the advertisement or on the online site. Or when I called to schedule the cab, that might have been nice to know. Instead, I was looked down upon like a thief. And then I had no choice but to withdraw $20 from an ATM that was not my bank, incurring a service charge of $2.25, to pay for a $15 cab ride. It would have been nice had he offered to make change. Again, I had to lift my luggage out of the vehicle in my driveway.... There was absolutely zero customer service. I did not feel appreciated as a customer. I am not inclined to ever use these services again.

I called them tonight. 6 Sep 2015. They told me 30-45 minutes so I didn't call another cab company. After 1 and half hours wait their driver called me and immediately hung on me. I called them back and was told that they would be back by in about 30 minutes. 1 hours and 15 minutes later, they called back and again immediately hung on me. I called them back and they told me that they would be by in 30-45 minutes. I told them not to bother and they told me to call another cab company. "Call another cab company." -their words not mine.

My wife and I had to go to the airport and booked the taxi 4less 24h ahead. Guess what? No one showed up!!! We called and they sad that the taxi should be here shortly. Again ... nothing!! We called again and got no answer. In their card they say they are reliable. Do they know the meaning this word?

The previous review was not recommended for some reason, but the exact same thing happened to us. Called night before our departure for 6:00 a.m. flight and they were supposed to be at our hotel at 4:45 but said to call at 4:30 to confirm. Called twice and no one answered phone - went to answering machine. Called Wildcat Taxi and he was there within few minutes and was so nice.

Called before we went inside and ate, knowing since it was busy it would take some time. After I spoke with what seemed like a nice guy saying 15 to 20 minutes we waited 50 minutes before calling to simply ask how much longer it was going to be. After he screamed at me on the phone saying "I dont care how long ago its been since you've called I'll pick you up when I can" and then being hung up on by the taxi driver, I thought not so highly of this man nor his employer. This is not the first bad experience, but it will be the last with this company. Never have I ever had such bad customer service. When I called to ask for a manager I could barely understand what they were saying then was told by the manager that I was racist against Arab's because I was targeting a minority which were not my intentions at all. I just wish customer service was how it used to be and people who aren't appreciative of their jobs would find another career elsewhere so they wouldn't have to interact with customers.
