I wasn't very happy that the food was left outside for 10 to 15 minutes in the heat. It made me question how long it had been there before I got there and it made me not want to eat the food that I had ordered. She whipped up my 3 tacos quickly and perfectly.

After reading all the positive reviews on here, I will admit I was very excited to give this place a try. There is no doubt in my mind that these tacos are made with LOVE. They taste very 'casero' or homelike. It's as if your 87 year old grandmother has been slaving in the hot kitchen all day, picking the right beans and stirring those pots. I haven't had tacos these good in a long, long time. Prices are great and they pack everything up with a lot of meat. They prefer cash but now they have a set up where you can pay them using Venmo. They closed Sundays but are opened year round. Meaning, no snow storm or tornado is stopping them. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Dropped by after a long day and the lake and this place without a doubt hit the spot. This place is cash only so something to keep in mind if you plan on stopping in. They do have a shaded seating area around the backside and bring out salsa platters for people who eat there. The salsa platter was a great touch. I also really enjoyed that the tortas also came with fries and that really elevated this to a full meal. I ordered the barbacoa torta and my only complaint was I wish the buns had been buttered and there had been some more meat on my torta. I would definitely drop into this place again if I'm back in the area.

There aren't many authentic Mexican food spots in Kansas, and based on the other reviews I had high expectations for this one.My expectations were blown out of the water. The last time I had tacos to write home about, I was in Mexico. Glad this place is close, to say the least

The best Mexican food in manha-- Kansas!Truly authentic, flavorful Mexican food/recipes. The meat is marinated and cooked exactly how it should be. I'm from California and I'm Islamic so I'm very picky when it comes to my Mexican food so this is a huge deal! The food truck makes me feel like I'm back home in LA The ladies are very sweet and know how to cook amazing food. We got 4 carne asada tacos, 4 al pastor tacos, 1 Gordita, a bottle of coke and jarditos for $24. Very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Will be returning often and I highly recommend to all!
