Took my family for a 2nd visit for Christmas Eve. Everyone was really friendly and helpful when ordering. All three of Us ordered the 1 Meat 2 side dinners. We enjoyed our brisket and sides. I feel like this is one of the best BBQ spots in Wichita. Their Brisket was really tender and flavorful both times we went. They have a good selection of sides. I tried different sides both times I went and they were phenomenal both times. Which I feel like it's good when a resturaunt is consistent. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area. I recommend trying Tanker out if you are a BBQ fan or Brisket lover!!!

A lot of locations are quick to put the word BBQ next to their name. However, tanker barbecue was amazing. Not only was the portions fit for a king. The flavors were outstanding. I met the owner and the manager. They were extremely kind. The spices they use really highlighted the flavor of the food. I couldn't get over how big the portions were. I had two chicken quarters that added up being 3 pounds of Chicken. Potato salad, macaroni salad, garlic, green beans, wow overall great experience. I've eaten there before and I will return again when I'm in the area. Thank you for a great meal.

Brisket goes toe to toe with anything in Texas or Kansas. Top notch. Amazing owner. Loves BBQ. Super customer friendly

Bruce was very engaging and friendly from start to finish. Him and his guys make really solid food. The pork belly burnt ends, mac and cheese, and the garlic green beans are killer.

An underrated barbecue find in the Wichita Area ! Everyone was friendly and helpful ordering our food. All three of us got the 1 meat 2 side meal it was a good deal for the price. You get a lot of meat and sides, I was very surprised I even couldn't finish it all myself. The Brisket was extremely tender and juicy. It's probably one of the best slices of brisket I have had in town. The potato salad was really creamy and the mac and cheese was as well. Everyone enjoyed their sides and brisket. There was also a big variety of sodas to choose from with your meal. I really want to make another visit when I'm in the downtown area.

First visit. I'll be back for more of that pulled pork, the hot links, potato salad, and baked beans.The pork was tender and well-trimmed, the links chewy and spicy, the sides were church supper delicious, hot sauce had a vinegar kick.Generous servings for only $12.

My wife and myself went there last Saturday for lunch. Their dinning area is not pretty, but the food was great. Had their lunch special which was brunt ends and two sides. Wife had the green beans and corn casserole. I had the brunt ends with garlic salad and cheesy potatoes. Service was good, my only complaint was they don't give you enough food. For the price they charge there could be a little more food on the plate.
