Tacos El Pastorcito

Terrific experience and wonderful service by this "do everything" server. She was the hostess, the bus person, the waitress and the cashier today. And she did it all with a smile and the Grace one would expect from someone very experienced.Food was good, and it was enhanced by a spotlessly clean environment.I enjoyed my brief dinner and hopped back on the road headed for home.

Stopped in here on my road trip from New Mexico to Kansas and it was delicious. Mexican places are known for large portions and Tacos El Pastorcito was no exception. Although after 7 hours in the car I devoured the whole thing. The salsa that comes with the chili rellenos was SO good. The heat was just right and the flavor took the meal to the next level. Should have ordered one of their margaritas but the modelo draft was icing on top of the cake. They also have a taco truck affiliated with the restaurant in the parking lot if you are in a bind for time. I probably won't ever be back in Liberal but if I am, you will find me at that taco truck.

On our way to Santa Fe, and we stopped here for lunch. Is there a six-star rating (?)...because this place was FANTASTIC! Enchiladas (3 of them...cheese, chicken, shredded beef) were hot, fresh, had a great red sauce over it and they did not skimp on the meat! YUM! Rice was the best Mexican rice I've ever had...moist and good flavor...beans had great consistency, were flavorful and hot. A side of avocado (slices, I chose) was plentiful, and the salsa and chips to start had great flavor and just the right amount of salt on the chips. Hubby got the flautas...shredded beef was nicely flavored and shredded well. Even the bathrooms....spotless! Unfortunately, we don't get to Liberal often at all (was actually my first time), but if we ever drive back through, we are stopping here again! Very, very highly recommended!

Awesome tacos with a variety of authentic meats like lengua and tripe! Paired 5 tacos with an horchata for $9! Amazing value and fantastic flavor!

Best taco stand I've been to, atleast 25 cars in the parking lot waiting on food was a good sign, did not disappoint,. A hair high on price but when receiving and trying food a great price for that level of quality

We had beef Tacos, chicken burrito, and chips with guacamole. Very good food. The place was busy with locals coming to get carry-out dinner - a good sign. It's a food truck next to a market. I wish the preparers had worn masks, that would have made us more comfortable, but the folks taking orders and delivering were masked up.

Ate there once on a trip through town. All the food we had was good, but the bar was closed, so no margaritas.

There seems to be some confusion about this place. It is a food truck (trailer) behind a parking lot. They don't serve beer. The food was pretty good. I got two different kind of tacos. There were lime wedges provided with the tacos , but they were dried out and provided no juice. I got some chips and salsa. The tortilla chips were fresh and crisp. The salsa was pretty hot and seemed salty.

I asked for 2 tacos and I thought she asked me about chips and I asked her what kind she had and she said in a rude voice in the store if you wanna go get them and I said, my bad? I thought you said chips, but that doesn't beat when I got my tacos! I didn't get ANY meat in my tacos! I don't know what I did to make them be rude or not give me any meat in my tacos, not even a Lime, but dang!!
