we hired elliott to clean our computer and get it to working correctly, BIG MISTAKE!!! he charged us 100.00 which i would not have minded paying , however he DID NOT do anything to the computer we took it to another place after we got it back from elliott and it still didnt work at all. we tried to call and he would NOT return the messages left so this is our option to let others know to beware for the same price we had a company on main fix it and it is working wonderfully now. the other company fixed it and said it was a malware virus how could eric miss this simple he didnt look at it he just charged us for work he didnt do would not recommend and will pass the failure review on. also elliott works for a local car dealership well we wont be shopping there either
