Sutherlands HomeBase

Nevada, MO is our home away from home. We have recently been working on a construction project there. I am so grateful for Sutherlands HomeBase. They have been so helpful throughout our process. One particular standout is Sebastian who works in the paint department. He is exceptional! We have bought so many gallons of paint, and in the process I have seen Sebastian serve dozens of customers. He is an incredible ambassador for this company. He is polite, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was genuinely shocked to find out that he is a high school student. He takes such pride in his job!

why is it so hard to find a product on this site? trying to find out if the nevada store has any 4x4x14 or 6x6x14 treated post so i can put up a shade sale; like to know it they have any and what they cost ; but the site keeps saying product not found; I was in the store last week so i know they have it and i live 30 miles from them to just hope they have what i need this week ; like to know if they have 14 ft long pipe ? this is why i don't shop at this store unless i really have to ; they do cost more to shop here but beats driving to joplin or pittsburg.ks

Nevada, MO is terrible if your trying to get a job. They are incapable of solving simple problems, and they can not figure out a time to be able to interview you. I would rather shove my head in a cement mixer than have to talk to the manager again. If I could I would give them a 0/5 they are deplorable people. Would not recommend

I called for a price quote on an item, confirmed the price and headed to the store. Only to be told upon arrival that the item was significantly higher and I was out of luck. Everyone denied even taking the call and the store didn't do the honorable thing and honor the price quote, even though I had it written down. I was out my time and gas for a 50 mile trip and went home without the supplies. I will be sharing my story so people realize how DISHONEST the business practices are at this store. Customer be warned they are not to be trusted.
