So in this region of Kansas, it can be a bit difficult to find somewhere to eat. Many places have shut down for whatever reasons. This place is a newer food truck( per say). But it didn't take long for my order to be finished. The 2 women inside were really nice and polite. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a caramel frappe. I noticed a little late that they have mushroom and swiss burgers( next time). The fries and frappe were the best parts of the meal. Yes, the patties are smashed. They need a bit more seasoning and less time cooking. While there are people who like extra toasty areas on their food, I am not one of them. I can't quite place what the flavor was to the meat patties. I am always willing to try food out at least twice at a place. Admittedly, I am curious about their BLT or chicken BLT. Everyone's taste in food is different. If you ever travel Hays and are going through Stockton, look up Susie Q's on Facebook and check their hours out.
