Susan's Floral

There are no words for a what a wonderful job they did salvaging my wedding bouquet and boutonniere. I came to Wichita to have an emergency wedding with my mother who was diagnosed with terminal cancer and would not be making it to my June event in Hawaii. I ordered a small bouquet and flower for my groom from Stems on advice from my officiant-what I picked up made me want to cry.I stopped into Susan's on my way to my mother's and the women came together to save the day. I did burst into happy tears when I saw the magic they had worked with my mismatched flowers. They saved the day for me!

I needed a corsage for my son's prom date. All I had to go on was that the dress was coral. The corsage they made for me was spot on! They could not have made a more perfect corsage for this gal's dress. They have done prom and formal corsages for us for years, and I have never been disappointed. You get what you ask for and then 100% more. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is brilliant.

Susan worked with my Fiancé and I on our wedding flowers- offering excellent ideas on our ideas and even some that included other options. Susan is certainly in business to make her customers happy! We had a mix up on our wedding day to where some flowers on my bouquet had turned brown by being in too cold of a fridge. She was adaptable and fixed them before the ceremony and SAVED the day. Thank you, Susan!

As soon as I walked into Susan's I was greeted with open arms, her shop was beautiful and her staff so sweet and helpful. I was in search of a florist to do my wedding flowers and had no appointment. Susan came out from the back and without hesitation she sat down with me and my mother in law and got to know us a little bit. After discussing what I wanted and what our budget was she was able to cater to it with ease. Not once did she try to push anything extravagant or expensive on me. She listened intently and even though my budget was very low she was able to work wonders with it and take care of my bouquet, my husbands boutonniere, all of my bridesmaids, all of the groomsman, the mothers and grandmother, the dads, and she even threw in a throw away bouquet which was such a pleasant surprise! The flowers all turned out absolutely beautiful and the compliments on them are still coming!

I had to order flowers by phone from Susan's for a funeral service at Downing and Lahey - Palm Beach, Fla to Wichita, Kansas I wanted to speak with the florist rather than do something impersonal on line - moreover "cookie cutter." The staff at Susan's were not only kind, easy to work with but really informative. They offered a number of great and appropriate suggestions, constantly keeping in mind I wanted something the family might enjoy in their home after the service. I used Susan's decades ago when I lived and worked in Wichita - and was pleased to see that they are not only still in business but so very successful. Great service, wonderful creativity and outstanding outcome! I can't recommend a business any more comfortably than Susan's truly a great florist with a brilliant and kind staff!
