Dope sports store! Excellent service. Went in 30 minutes before closing and he treated us like the first customers of the day. Showed us everything he has, made suggestions, asked details about the person we were shopping for. Told us about layaway and upcoming items. Great shopping experience and great selection of items you actually would have any at reasonable prices. I went to 3 store and came out empty handed, left here with bags of goodies and a smile. Definitely recommend!

Bought $180 worth of apparel for my son for Christmas. I wasn't sure if it would fit or not and specifically asked the lady if I could return if it did not fit (since I was buying the smallest size they carried). She told me yes and just to make sure I saved the receipt. Sure enough, I should have trusted my gut, the coat and shirts were way too big. Without delay, took my son Dec 26th at 10am (opening) to the mall to return the items and find him something he wanted. I watched as they moved a sign from behind the counter to the front of the register that had their "return policy" on it, which was NOT clearly posted PRIOR to Christmas! Their return policy (now after Christmas) is "in store credit" only on returns...... So now, I have $180 in store credit for my son that won't fit anything they sell. So in order to ensure he had a decent Christmas, I had to purchase what he wanted out of pocket, still with a useless $180 store credit to Superstar Sports..... I'm all about shopping at local business's but I will NEVER shop here again! They don't care about their customers, just money hungry. Half their crap is way overpriced anyway!
